I doubt they have any value at all, probably a liabilty to get rid of them

So rather than release the half year results which will show how can Mr Magoo justify his 300k pa salary they release a bunch of inflated optimistic predictions with a side of BS fir good measure, my favourite is the land ocean arbitration for $10m when they are owed less than $1.5m.
However strangely they forget to mention the $4.9m tax liabilty court case......

There really is not much to say.
They have no assets apart from a few rusty rigs they cannot sell.
They have a tax liabilty case in Trinidad for more than the cash held.
Their ceo takes $300k a year and pays his mate $13k a month to try and find investment opportunities.
They are suing the Georgian government even though they have no cash.
It is a complete car crash but it would cost you more to sell the shares so no options left unfortunately......

That was his specialty, he even warned other holders they would be making a huge mistake selling on re-listing, however it turned out that unless you wanted the sp to continue down the cresta run it was a massive result selling upon re-listing.......
Judging from the abusive acronyms that resulted from the continued sp drop we can all make a judgement as to whether it was a mistake or just bravado.......

That really is quite bad and I am glad LSE took robust action if this pair were up to no good.
The RNS since the name change has been been extremely poor and the huge spread just means that the only profit being made is going to the mm’s.

There does not seem to be a lot of effort to find business opportunities but I think this is because they have no cash due to the tax liability in Trinidad which covers all their cash plus more......

Another negative start to the day, these drops are endless week on week, hardly surprising with late negative results due at the end of this month

They have managed to take the term lifestyle company to a whole different level.
Anyone who can get a company to pay them $300k a year with no performance related targets, 15k a month to a mate for investment opportunities and no current business plan, at all ,has won the lottery and it is paid for by shareholders.
Reminds me of another company that were bedfellows with this company in former days who announced they were de-listing yesterday.

I had forgotten about the fire Phoenix consultant on $15k a month, shocking, no doubt there will be a few extras in expenses to rub salt into the wound as well.

Lots of selling last week and another weekly drop to a near 12 month low.
Results delayed by a month for no legitimate reason as they have no income to declare perhaps they are having issues finding an accountant to sign off half year accounts as a going concern with no income and a tax liabilty greater than their cash balance.
This charade should have stopped many years ago by aim.

I am surprised at how AIM have let the company release the past couple of RNS.
Taking on governments when they have no cash, delaying half year results when they have no income etc etc
It is an appalling lack of regulation. Also they are potentially trading insolvent and could be wound up at any time of the Trinidad tax case is successful.......

Who posts 50 times without a response on multiple star Phoenix threads. There must be something seriously wrong.
I have to congratulate admin on taking a stand like lots of other forum administrators have done, it has made a huge difference in being able to discuss the company’s failings and the upcoming hurdles like the Trinidad tax case.
They should not be able to trade whilst potentially insolvent.

The medium risk fund I am invested in has risen by 55k in the past 7 days. Admittedly that is unusual but it has happened several times over the last few years.
Currently averaging 6-8% pa and in the past 4 years has risen substantially more than a giant banana would cost, if you know what I mean :-)
It must be nice living in a mortgage free home free of having rent rooms out to lay bills etc
