The Stags are wining, BBs are paying for their profit or to put it another way us the shareholders.

Over $2m spent on BBs yesterday and only managed to keep the SP at $13.90 by EOD and for a time below the Secondary offering price, the question is how long can these levels of BBs be maintained either before cash runs out for them, reach the maximum level for the year or Rusty wants the cash for another deal. How low can the SP go if no BBs! Get ready to repeat this all again as there are likely to be 2 more secondary offering and more if Rusty does more deals.

Some are seeing the light but some I am afraid are lost causes, they keep saying jam tomorrow, will turn around on the next financial report (never does), just need to wait, all's fine, reports paid for by DEC say it is doing great SP should be double, OakBloke (who has yet to get one thing right on DEC SP) tells us is all great etc. etc. etc.

As you can see here that when facts are presented on SP performance etc. there are some who cannot handle it and turn to attacks, insults some of which are very childish indeed, posing stupid videos, "Terry still lives with his mum" is one I like the most, other's jump onto anything I say misquoting me with straw man arguments to get a like (probably GG). Anything they can do to detach themselves from the truth of their losses caused by the total and utter mess Rusty has made over the last few years. Now we have shares been dumped in their multi millions at large losses with no doubt more to follow in the next year and BBs going over $1m a day and the SP keeps dropping. The facts are clear a lot of the companies that know the business unloaded their unwanted assets on to DEC and are now unloading their shares that they never wanted in the first place but were forced to take to make the deals. All of this happening as HH is at a relatively high level and trending up and it is not even winter yet, we have come to a situation now where HH prices are almost irrelevant to the SP (used to push DEC SP up as they rose) compared to the total mismanagement by Rusty.

Now Rusty is telling us moving primary listing to US is the answer, really, just like all the accretive deals which have trashed the SP, left DEC with a debt mountain at high interest rate, caused a 2/3s drop in dividend and have heavily diluted existing shareholders.

It is not unsurprising the CFO and a director dealing with compliance have done runners during these great deal making times.

The only thing I am thankful for is I do not have any other companies being run like DEC so still managing decent profit overall.

I take no pleasure from being right but thanks, I would rather be wrong and in profit than right and in losses, I have seen this so many times with other companies and it almost always follows this path and this is with companies which are far more successful and with a much better reputation than DEC. However I have managed to mitigate the loses to a small extent because of working with this.

A hypothetical way to look at this if you are fund manager with monthly meeting on your funds performance with your boss and you are asked about your worst investment for the past 3 years and your reply is I doubled down on this as I bought more at $13.75 or you say I bought more at $13.75 and sold the same amount in the market at £14.00 cutting the losses. Which one do you think will go down the best, also the funds that do not perform well over short periods (a few months) will see outflows and ultimately the fund manager is replaced or the whole lot collapses like Neil Woodford’s funds as everybody runs for the door.

SP now below Secondary offering looks like some panic is setting in, not good news as BBs are unable to hold the SP at even this level.

As I said yesterday looks like the BB support is up to $14 instead of the previous $14.35 for 2 days now, seems lacking in fire power for anything more.

When I check this earlier this morning I did not see it reported, who said is was a negative, not me, I know you like to turn everything I say into some sort of criticism looking for the slightest thing to fuel your obsession, carry on if it makes you happy, this is just what GG does before I filtered him.

US could be difficult today as US government funding/shutdown problems causing futures dropping.

A late BBs RNS today so BBs are still going after a day off which saw the SP drop.

Not sure this is good news as large volume bought SP hardly changed SP on the day and could not get above $14. Stags still moving out with large number of shares, for those unfamiliar with stock market terms it is ones who bought in these shares in the secondary offering for a quick profit.

Possible now just trying to support the SP at $14 instead of the previous $14.35 as not enough fire power to keep SP at that level.

The NYSE controls the SP, volumes are much higher on NYSE, this will make no difference to the SP, the US are as sick of Rusty's shenanigans as the UK.

No doubt a precursor to dropping LSE to save costs.

No BBs now so SP falling without large BBs, not much to hold up the SP with the prospect of more Secondary offerings, frozen dividend and Rusty's cunning plans.

Stags is a term that has been around for a time, used a lot 80s, 90s, buy shares in offering and sell soon after for quick gain. I belive it is an acronym Short Term ... Gain. Can't remember the A bit.

Looks like the BBs are overwhelmed by the Stags which is not surprising as the BBs were reduced, something I was not expecting for a time. Even worse when you consider the HH price now.

We could have another 2 of these offerings in the next years or so (more if Rusty keeps going), other companies just dumping on the market and some other Trusty Rusty deals all to help SP stay low.

The maximum amount of BBs per day has been decreased to it's lowest amount since this session of BBs started which explains when the SP was below the $14.35 when the BBs kick in at close, they are either running out of money or decided not to try to beat the Stags and let the SP drift lower.

Looks like there are 3 after hours trades for 42,080 shares at $14.33, not sure what this means but usual to get this volume after hours, each of these $600,000.

BBs have been high when SP under $14.35 but there has been a lot more volume on NYSE, I suspect most who bought these shares are IIs who already have a position and they are just levelling that position effectively taking a profit on the ones they got in the secondary offering, this is a Stags dream. This is something I would have done if I could get access to the secondary offering ( I tried) and have done many times with other companies before interest rate rise started when there was a lot of these especially with REITs when trading above NAV, looks just like LSEG when Blackstone was selling it's stake, manged this twice with them.

Still believe DEC should have bought as many of these shares as it could (probably virtually all of them) direct from EIG and the price would have been less than $13.75 as no underwriters and other fees to pay, instead they are paying a lot more through BBs.

Even with BBs (assuming they are happening) SP dropping below $14.35 (recovering a bit now) no doubt more of these secondary offering shares being sold that BBs can cope with at present. Hopefully pick up before COB or Monday will not look good on LSE.

Just bought back in again at £14.36.

Looks to me the market is struggling with the extra shares and is only being held up by millions of $s of BBs, before the secondary offering SP was $15.41 and now being propped up to keep above $14.35.

The price EIG got will be less than the offer price when underwriting and other costs are added in so the hit even greater.

As I have been saying and you have also picked up there is very likely to be more share dumps by EIG in the next year or so perhaps 2 more, who knows other may also join in on these or just dump in smaller amounts on the market, even if they don't just the threat holds the SP back. This alone with more trusty Rusty deals keeps a black cloud over the SP for a time to come and can add in the dividend freeze which is not helping. SP will recovery a little if Rusty does nothing but sooner or latter it will be back down the Rusty snake to start the process off all over again.

The only benefit to this is it creates trading opportunities, managed to trade in and out 3 times so far after the share dump giving a total of 39c profit, almost got 4th yesterday evening as was holding out for $14.35 with a limit order but it only got down to $14.36. Slowing eating away my losses but still a long way to go.

This is the issue, on one hand price of NG world wide and the number of export terminals is going up on the other Trump will do all he can to keep energy prices within the US as low as possible to help consumers and and boost Industry but not by going as far a subsidies.

The question is how much more debt can be put on to a company already drowning in debt, each acquisition adds more debt, brings down the SP and adds more dilution to existing shareholders. The shares being dumped directly on the market and secondary offering proves the companies taking the shares as part of the deals do not want them and just creates an opportunity for Stags and a huge share overhang. The more shares used in these deals the more shares for secondary offerings.

So if we have 4 more deals in the next year or less and more secondary offerings what chance has the SP to recover. So we now have 9 acquisitions and a secondary offering (direct result of acquisition) which have all caused significant drops in the SP, the only time the SP goes up a little is the lull between the deals/offerings.

If these deals are accretive as Rusty tells us why is this not feeding into rise in EBITDA which is enough to move the SP up (instead it goes down), an end to the freeze on dividends or perhaps special dividends. It is clear the market hates these deals no doubt because of the eye watering amounts of debt and share dilution they cause and not matter how many times Rusty tell us they are great the market always disagrees.

It may well be admin cost but not speed, when PrimaryBid where making offers to the public there was a number where the announcement was usually just after market close at 4:30pm and offer closes between 7pm and 9pm same evening. PrimaryBid still run share offerings but only to existing shareholders who hold the shares with selected brokers. PrimaryBid have the mechanism in place to do this which YCA know about as they haver used PrimaryBid in the past.

I have seen a number share placing with other companies that also lock out private shareholders and this is not the first time YCA have done this and other times there was a significant discount. What usually happens is the II sell some of their shares at market price and pick up a number in the placings at a discounted price. The private shareholder loses as the SP is brought down by this.

The truth is private shareholders are not treated the same as IIs even though we all own parts of the company, if the government want more share ownership in LSE traded shares then they should make sure all shareholders are treated equally.
