That says it all, the bit that is not in the items to be sold is JL and BOD, with this analysis this bunch are seriously subtracting from the value of the company.
In fact it would have been far less painful financially and emotionally if the company had been split up and sold off over 5 years ago instead of the rights issue. Even if we got nothing thoses who took up some or all of the rights would be better off now by quite a margin.
For a very long time anyone who put money into this company it has been good money after bad.
You can blame Brexit, Covid, Ukraine War, etc (as CPI have) but the fact is other companies have overcome these issues and in some cases made money out of them but CPI just use these to justify their abysmal performance, the main difference is they did not have JL and our BOD.
