Nanoco won more from Samsung, more easily than any comparable company has ever won in any similar situation and it is not in any sort of mess. The only issue is that your fevered wet dreams of instant wealth didn't eventuate but that's not surprising because it's obvious that none of your fantasies have ever come true.

Exactly. The share price has oscillated wildly over the last several years as possibilities have come and gone. It's that history that convinces me it will rise again and that now would be the worst time to lose confidence.

A very positive update. Dimitri's the type of impressive CEO Nanoco can attract now they have some money and that's all down to how Tenner settled with Samsung and didn't drag it out. Imagine where Nanoco would be now otherwise, bogged in appeals with no money.

Tenner lead the company to a massive settlement with Samsung that remains an order of magnitude greater than anything comparable. It isn't his fault that some shareholders got carried away in a bubble expecting far more.

Inevitably, the distraction of the legal case has taken its toll on progress elsewhere but the business has bounce backed before and there is no reason why it can't do so again.

I can't say you're entirely wrong about that but the whole market has been down for the last few weeks on speculation that small investors will be adversely impacted by today's budget speech and Nanoco often fluctuates wildly on small stimuli.

Summerton only wants to use Nanoco's cash, assets and listing to enlarge his private fund and make it public without having to go through the proper listing proceedure. He's got no other objective nor any interest in Nanoco's products, research or people and he's launched his action when the company is between CEO's in the hope that Nanoco won't defend properly.

The company is as close to commercialisation with the Asian customer as it was with STM during the Hamoodi nonsense and whilst there's always a risk of disappointment again there's an equal chance of new customers.

It makes no sense to hand over the reigns to dubious city traders instead of those with bona fide industry connections. Unless they put up much more money and soon, Milkwood won't get anywhere.

This is just a repeat of the Hamoodi nonsense. Someone with minimal influence trying to to hijack the company because it has cash and a listing. The only way it can work is if they buy a lot more shares, which will inevitably pump the price.

I think the outcome will be that the company wastes another £.5m successfully fighting it off - same as last time.

How thick are you guys exactly? They are developing the whole business whilst potentially selling the trading part. Doesn't take Einstein really.
