RE: Our Texas Patent Attorneys are no mugs!25 Apr 2025 13:31
"One possibility is that we now have a management team who know what they are doing and, having got wind of LG intending to use Nanoco QD IP in products under development, have decided to proactively head LG off at the pass, so's to speak, by using the known past infringement which PERHAPS was considered too marginal to be worth taking action against."

What utter tripe.
If it's in development there's no profit to go after. The normal advice is to wait until there have been sales and then pounce, sometimes after many years waiting for as much to accumulate as possible.
Really, none of you guys are lawyers and you're all already talking out of your posteriors.
The real lawyers are all earning far too much to make time to share their thoughts.
Be best if you all stayed silent and waited for developments but, unfortunatley, it's like someone dropped their smarties in a kindergarten. I can see the car crash already.
Forgive mixed metaphors.
