Following updates from PSN and TW so far this week.we have updates from BDEV tomorrow and BVS on Friday.So far,the market seems to be taking a dim view of home builders prospects in the short/medium term although the messages received indicate that the position is stable overall,albeit that there is a sensible level of caution aired.So is the investment community misappraising the reality of the situation or does it know something not obvious to those who follow this sector.

Difficult to compare RDW and CRST ability to steer their businesses through the choppy waters ahead and TEF (unlike these two) are derisking at a significant level with IPRS and their operational activities are way less transparent than TEF.All home builder managements are not equal,not by a long way.It is very difficult to establish that these two outfits have better long term prospects over the next decade or two.Strictly is strictly a numbers man and it does not appear to be a factor in his decisions who is running the companies or what their operational goals are.He does appear to be very successful though and good luck to him.

Does this also apply to TEF SP?.With EPS expected to increase from last years 36p,to 47p in the current year to 56p in 18/19,surely the SP should match that dramatic progress because it certainly is not reflecting that at the moment.
