jp morgan also took a hit for $170m. the concerns are about ‘****roach’ companies. where one emerges there are always many others, hence there may be multiple failures and banks difficulties to come.

happily that has zero impact on ceres, which will continue to benefits from the data centres potential.

However, Dennis tells us that it will be soon. The one thing we are sure of about Dennis is that he does not tell us lies.

If we sign a US-based company, this will double immediately.

Do you understand that Hargreaves and Lansdown do not actually own Ceres shares?

They belong to private investors who hold them in Hargreves SIPP, ISA and Invesment Accounts.

I think we need to recognise how sudden the emergence of the data centre opportunity has been.

This was not on the radar 18 months ago. Had it been around perhaps Bosch would not have walked away. Remember they had demonstrator units working in both a hospital and as a power source in their group research and development centr in Germany. Oh well, never mind.

We need a new partner(s) in Europe to drive both SOFC and SOEC, and the same in the USA. The scale of the data centre business in the US must be very attractive to a domestic producer. Buying the CWR ‘package’ offers proven technology and readily transferable technology and manufacturing know-how, all of which would be immune from the tariff uncertainties.

I have no doubt Ceres is having discussions. How many and with who, we shall see.

You are spot on about Helikon. The giveaway was this about 7 this morning when poster RickSanchez announced

‘Somethings brewing. Keep your ears to the ground’. And there it is.

RickSanchez is one of the paid-for posting crew found on boards where Helikon has a short. He appeared on ITM Aug/Sep 2024 and made 400-500 posts 5/6/10 times per day. Never at any time posting on any other board.

In January this year, it disappeared suddenly. To be replaced by Spicy Tuna, who made circa 1500 negative posts from the end of January till last week. Yes, 1,500 – up to 20-25 per day. Last week, he disappeared, and LSE removed all his posts. As he has not reappeared or been replaced, some on the ITM board assume that his owners have been warned off by LSE.

Anyway, just thought I would let you guys what to expect/look for. Have a look at the RickSanchez posting history – it will tell you all you need to know.
