They blame aim but take no responsibility. This is going to re rate massively. The value will come through. Each to their own but it’s obvious to me why traders have failed so much due to this common attitude

If you cast your mind back, matd helped the regulator write some of the new oil legislation. And have helped MRPAM with the 14 (I think) new blocks. I think they need our expertise. They also need to show the international business community Mongolia is “open for business”. We have first lover advantage and a massive re rate is on the way. JV incoming imo

Mongolia produce 13k barrels of oil per day annually which is all exported to China.

The refinery is soon to be completed. It cost over $1 billion. They can’t/wont import crude so need supply. There is no supply. Except block 20. A JV isn’t speculation imo. It’s a logical conclusion. And we have a pipeline being built from block 20 to the refinery.
