He’s attempting to manipulate the stock price by posting false and misleading statements. This is illegal.

Time for the FCA to take action here. And I think they will

On 23rd April krok claimed MATD weren’t negotiating a farm out then suggested he had inside info re a fund raise

Master Reported to the FCA for posting false and misleading information. I’ve noted the volume of his posts too. Plus, I used his real name and address to report him. I will keep reporting until action is taken.

I’m currently looking through historic posts of stock bashers. I’m gathering the screenshots before they are deleted or their accounts are deleted.

He may need to explain why he’s posted 1000s of toxic messages on various Boards.

Posting false and misleading information is illegal. He’s trying to manipulate the stock price of a small cap. Which is a very serious thing to do.

At some point, certain posters may need to explain why they’ve posted 1000s of negative posts about MATD. They won’t be laughing then imo.

The volume of toxic posts from Hamm and master are a red flag. They’ll need to prove they have a shareholding here. And we all know they don’t. When I have reported master I gave his real name and address. He doxxed himself. So he might regret that.

He obviously sold out and now has a vendetta against the company. He’s made a large loss and can’t let it go. If he currently holds shares, I’ll eat my hat.

The volume of toxic posts are also a factor for the FCA. Posters will Hamm will need to prove their shareholding and why they’ve posted 1000s of negative toxic messages here. It shows a systematic strategy to smash the company.

It’s time to stamp this out now.

I’ve reported Hamm more than 10 times to the FCA

Just one example:

On the LSE message board for Petro Matad on the 8th May 2026 @ 11:26am user “Hamm” posted:

“MB's favourite route seems to be the bookbuild, where the City boys and preferred mates get the best of it”

This type of innuendo is suggesting the company is corrupt

I won’t stop until action is taken against stock bashers like Hamm

LSE have removed CWs post. I have the screenshot and it’s already been reported to the FCA.

Admin here need to take proper action and start to delete the accounts of persistent stock bashers.

TT: they ask to be specific when you report something. I’ve reported a number of posters here. For example: on 10th May, Unnd claimed Petro Matad have zero revenue. That’s false and misleading. So I reported him with the evidence. Screenshots.

But that would involve you emerging from behind your VPN. which I know you wouldn’t dare do.

I think the FCA will monitor this board and stock if they receive enough complaints.

Characters like TT et al will need to think twice before posting false and misleading statements. Like claiming MATD aren’t being paid for their oil for example. This is misleading and false. And thus market abuse. I’ll report any stock manipulation here. I advise others to do the same.
