Not sure the SP will retrace that much. It’s mega cheap currently. And oil has almost doubled. So this could be a “hot” sector for the next 2 years. Making all our assets much more valuable. And cashflow almost double. The amount of stock basher activity confirms the interest in MATD. It’s a veiled compliment

I suppose the difference now is MATD are making money

And with oil rising in price MATD will be making more and more cashflow.

Also, the price of physical oil may be way north of $105.

If you look at the size of the raises, they have been for the amount of profits we currently make.

And we have a farm out deal about to be concluded

Each to their own 33. With the benefit of hindsight it’s easy to say what you are saying.

The problem is: these stock make most of their gains on a hand full of days and if you are out you don’t benefit from the re rate

Ultimately you need conviction to profit from these stocks. You need to understand what the underlying company has. It’s debt position. It’s prospects. Most short term holders don’t. Buy and then exit when it’s volatile.

It’s death by a thousand cuts because they lose lose lose.

I really don’t think many understand the difference between volatility and risk.

I suppose the big diffferenve Kev is MATD are debt free. Don’t have massive lease liabilities. Don’t have a massive pension fund deficit etc etc

The stats from CFD providers are pretty clear. They advertise consistently because they “lose” so many customers (who blow up their accounts)

No one can consistently time the market. It’s about time in the market and conviction.

Long term holders only need to be right once. Traders need to be right 100s of times. This explains why so many scalpers and traders are bitter here. They didn’t do any research. And have been surprised a loss making oiler raised funds.

Long term holders need to be right once here to profit massively. Traders need to be right 100s of times. The odds are against traders making consistent profits. The data from CFD providers confirms that. So I’d avoid taking too much advice from those who lose consistently and often blow up their accounts.
