So you see... they will always justify the bonuses/awards. The more they build their wealth or holdings, the more incentivised they become to accpt lower offers or poor JV deals. This is what shareholders need to be careful of. Once you get large shareholders on the book that are over 10%+ holdings, it starts to get more complicated for the little guy (retail).
As according to Investor Chronicle with regard to these forums, they say:-
'Those who own the bulletin boards don’t care about the actual content of the posts, because they’re not monetising the boards. What they monetise is the volume of traffic on the site, which they then sell in the form of advertisements and impressions.'
No wonder CW is worried, he’s mentioned a fund raise about 50000 times here. Follow your convictions. Sell up and move on. If you don’t know this as you allegedly approach 67 years of age then god help you.
Is this a personal investment or part of the fund? Are we assuming because it’s in her personal name it’s her personal wealth buying in? I knows she’s retired/stepped down
I know he’s persona non grata here but I do remember Dusty mentioning Claire Barnes some time ago here. I remember reading about her and thinking how interesting it all was.
A fantastic RNS today. More to follow. Sticky holders with a 3-5 year outlook. Chefs kiss 📈📈📈
I sold out of Sirius Minerials about a year before they went bump. More luck that judgement. My conclusion then was: management will go with whoever they can personally profit from. We are bottom of the food chain. And never assume funding is a formality.
I see some here have taken profits. Which is clever. The stocks at an inflexion point. It needs to blast off out of this range but currently doesn’t have a reason to.
I have not been watching level 2 but reading some of these posts about price action feels like de ja vu.
On the bright side this is debt free. And unlike COPL and other AIM debacles it’s safe. Plus, the raise has also given the company another wedge of cash. Pretty clever move if the capital markets go south with all this uncertainty.
It’s a buy and hold. Put in the bottom drawer and wait
