The commitment spend for the first two-year phase including all PSC fees is $980,000 and overall expenditure under the contract for the full eight-year exploration period is $14.9 million.

Now they are saying we will raise to fund and expansion of production. When production is increased from existing cash, what will they say next?

The change from loss making to profitable will allow us to expand production. It’s a virtuous cycle. Assuming we don’t get bought out on the meantime

MATD are at the bottom of the cost curve. In land shallow wells. Very cheap compared to say deep water off shore. Once the cash starts rolling in we can increase production here. A virtuous circle.

I33, the irony is, lower prices cause quite a bit of supply destruction, especially in the US fracking space. And for all the Saudi bluster, they need closer to $100 for their big plans etc. so won’t flood the market with oil anytime soon. Same as Russia, they all need higher prices.

The key thing for MATD is to increase production this year and generate fcf. It’s possible very very soon imo.
