I think if I read Steady dannys notes correctly he is indicating the Sareum US Patent may well be used by others for their purposes but the very nature of the invention means that anything that is derived from it can only work because of the invention and as such Sareum would expect remuneration.

Is the RNS indicative of something going on regarding a takeover or something seriously wrong regarding the internal investigation.
The likely suspension of trading in early 2022 seems to be promoted in an almost business as usual manner.

Spurs312 , Ahfam 3 appreciate the well worded question and a considered response, albeit from a position of profit at the moment.

I've only been a holder for a short period and I'm down a bit, but at the moment I'm comfortable that my research and investment will come good.

My advice for what its worth is not to use this BB as research, It can at times act as an echo chamber and when it does any contrary view may seem to be considered disruptive. destructive or at times offensive, when in reality its possibly just another view.

That doesn't rule out the obvious fact that some posters may just get a kick out of posting for a reaction.

Looking at this stock as potential for growth in the long term. The BB is extremely quite and wondered if there are any views from existing holders / interested members.

I believe Linde have a stake in ITM, and they are there.
