Something I've not heard mention of relating to the second HWM is the reliability of the ability to deliver for the offtake agreements.
Redundancy of plant will guarantee the minimum outputs required to support offtake agreements, and will also increase throughput whilst both machines operating fully.

Are there any penalty clauses in the offtake agreements?

Toon, I agree that if a sale falls through EUA V1 will remain a mining company, but as the company has stated that substantial amounts of the Company are up for sale I believe that to all intents and purposes they are modelling as a prospector, at the moment.
If the sale goes through EUA V2 on the other hand will be a mining company.
