Agreed it's still early to dive in deep with FSF, bearing in mind the direction of the SP graph. Hopefully, it will bottom out soon. I'll look out for the RNS re Christmas trees!

Not sure if you've listened to this recent UK Investor Magazine interview with a manager of the trust:

It's about half an hour long, so they do cover quite a lot. He does indicate how revenue might come in from forests after being planted for a couple of years. As I recall, he doesn't say whether those funds will be reinvested or distributed as dividends, or both!

Does anyone have any insight into the big sells going on today? Acquisition problem rumours?

It's a long wait till the Interims on 27th July.

Check out this video by John Shaw of Itaconix on Proactive Investors site from July 2020. It is 30 minutes long, and a little dull, but it explains all.
If 30 minutes is too long, fast forward to about 11:00 minutes in and he gives three specific examples of how their polymers including itaconic acid are used to enhance product performance in the household goods and healthcare sector (dishwasher capsules, hairspray and deodorant).
