Bigdaddypump, have you looked at Graham Corp in the US? They have positive net income, though!

Momentum is great when it is positive, but this is the downside, and sharper. Fingers crossed there will be some news soon to reverse the trend. For me, too late to sell, too early to buy, so I’m stuck with a red line. Should’ve………, never mind!

I guess today’s sp movement will tell me, but is this announcement good or bad news for shareholders ? I know I should probably invest in businesses I understand better, but the dividends are attractive! Any explanations would help. Thank you🤞

Bought at 114p but didn’t look at potential exit plan. Tried to sell numerous times as the sp fell, but got stuck as the knife kept falling. Very few trades, if any, on a day. So, once in, it’s not easy to get out when you want. Good story, though!

Yes, Ex div accounts for approx 6p of fall.

Not so sure about the results; Q2 shows a significant slowdown compared to Q1. Fingers crossed the market will be sympathetic, but it may be chance to top up!!

Held for years and enjoying a decent dividend, but sales and profits seem to have flatlined recently, and the SP reflects that.

The price may initially seem hefty, but the historic price was much higher. They also reported £7m net cash in the Finals of 21st Oct. Warpaint have a good history with integrating acquisitions, and it's good to see the fund raise price isn't too far below today's price. So far the market seems to approve. Fingers crossed.

I contacted their financial PR team and got this back a couple of days ago:

"The company will announce the date on RNS in due course, so do look out for this Notice of Results announcement."

Chocolate teapot, but at least they replied.

I'm waiting too, and get suspicious of delayed results. Hope it's worth the wait.

There is an interesting Investor's Chronicle podcast interview with Lord Lee, the first ISA millionaire?, where they take a deep dive into Secure Trust Bank, in which Lord Lee is a keen investor. He mentions the attractive NAV, yield, conservative dividend cover and the possibility of good growth or takeover interest.
