That SDX signed the facility agreement yesterday with the EBRD? I thought we might get an RNS this morning or do we just presume that in the absence of one, the signing went ahead. I'd have thought it would be more usual NOT to RNS the intention to sign but to issue a RNS once the agreement has been signed yet SDX appear to have done it the other way round. It's a topsy turvy world!....;)

very funny lulu.....using your thought process, Tanesco must be lying too as they've signed an MOU for the PPA and agreed to work to a timeline (admittedly about to slip) to agree a PPA. All of this was agreed 8 months and more since May 2017, on which this article seems to be based!
