Needs a whole lot to improve/grow/go right just to justify the current MC. Money has been made here before, now just expensive liability IMHO. Best of luck out there
Very solid first hit (although mainly down-plunge). NExt holes will give more indications on potential size (hence the 3D modelling). Too bad no gold kicker (yet). Strange to release on a Friday with the Aussies already on the beers and Europeans not really looking at wider market news (normally Friday is to release bad news lol).
All in all, great first hole and we have 4-5 more pending assays to keep it interesting in the short term. A coming concern would be that this kind of drilling is expensive, drilling porphyry's can take 10-20Mil a year.
look at CHK.AX today, they ran up (also) to 40-60Mil MC on hopes, drill results didn't deliver: -68% today.
NOWWHERE near the situation here, yet i find the pumping annoying. 5-8p more than enough at this moment without any CONCRETE results.
to bore everyone to death on the "map topic", If one reads the RNS while looking at the latest maps, one figures out the hole locations are not accurate (drilling from the same pad would indicate the hole to start at the same spot for example. Just like 'west of', means west of, not 300 south as on the map, etc.).
They went "flexible" and chased the deposit based on the recent holes, that's perfectly fine. Just keep in mind to plot your own holes instead of relating on that recent (outdated) company map.
i get the push back, i'll leave it there.
Anyone got the original "Mineral Resource of 71Mt @ 0.44% Cu & 0.064g/t Au, at a 0.3% cut-off, which has been classified as Inferred in accordance with JORC (2012)" document, can't seem to find it...

Please upload an approx sketch and I'll bank you 100 bucks if close.
Hole 3: aim to target higher zones <> latest map where hole 3 undercuts hole 2. Obviously they where flexible and changed there plans (no problems with that). it just means that old map is useless now.
LOL. please show me recent drill hole locations, directions, X&Y distance for our understanding. No, some disclose exact GPS locations, angles etc (often with assay release), but a schematic would be appreciated. if you can upload one that turns out close to it, i'll bank you 100 bucks
If you are reading here, please give us a map with drill hole trajectory Mister Colin. The 1000x1000x1000 reference (even if that's really more like a cilinder) is undermining any credibility & inflating market expectations to unsustainable levels... this all based on 4 holes! 1x1x1km could be the potential target (like any company has a maximum target defined)
not an exact comp, but if interested and time to spare, have a look at KODIAK on TSXV. They had similar excitement, till more assays came back and the nice story of the size/commercial value/etc, meant it needs years of extensive & expensive drilling to prove up. (it shot up ten fold, dropped -50% and is now in the 1-3y+ phase to really prove the discovery out (with lots of cash!).
Again, not the same but similar enough and recent event where retail hopes shot higher than was good for the company too early on.
I wonder how hard it can be to update the drilling map. i'd like them to stop blowing smoke and get some maps (and assays) back before getting us worked up and market expectations they can't fulfill anymore at some point
