Anyway, did HNS predict a 168M profit for 2022 Year to date? Why not do H1 instead of Mid August? That really confused me. -58M for FYE 2022 would make Yahoo's analysis of 0.01p loss per share accurate.

Also, they calculated a ~3.1B revenue for the year. If revenue is any higher, like closer to 3.5B, will it make much more of a difference?

That merger was a disaster.

Plex mentioned in their recent earnings that they did not put cineworld damages in the balance sheet since they are unsure of cineworld's ability to pay.

They already know they are not getting the 1.2B it is just about getting an agreed amount, if a settlement reaally was on the table.

Are you suggesting they will resume the merger/buyout of plex? It will be a tall order to convince the lenders to allow that. But then again, the synergy damages is already a tall order.

I said something similar earlier. And I kind of agree. Or maybe hoping. Bluffing to plex that they will get nothing after cine goes bankrupt sends a big message.

There is 500m volume in the past 3 days. I wonder how many shares changed hands and how many institutions realized losses compared to retail.

Mooky and co, insiders, are not allowed to sell so they likely are also losing some.

BO Mojo has it at 280m for US August month to date. Expecting a 450M month no different from all the slow months in the last year.

It could be that plex called mooky's bluff in negotiating out of court settlement.

After bankruptcy, even plex will get nothing. Everyone knows that from the FT article. Lost a lot of money today. I guess I could say I am starting over.
