Actually it happens regularly, an RNS extension, especially with those crazy Aim shares. I remember it happening with POG often, when the crazy share was all over the place.

Those interims are a game changer. For some strange reason I was never too worried about my buy in at 6.3p, it is a while since I have seen a situation when you can’t buy shares.

Spread all over the place this morning and I am being quoted well above the sell price, MM shenanigans, sometimes a good sign, they are well ahead of the curve.

They said the same thing about REVB and I made a mint off them. Made don’t have any debt, they have a good name, good Business plan and a strong customer database. I believe there is a good chance someone will come looking for them at 10p a share. The problem with buying a carcass is that it is already dead, always make sense to buy something that is alive. I certainly would not want to be shorting this at the current price. As I said in an earlier post, it will either be wipeout or at least 10p a share.

IMO you should hold. Your pain has already happened, there isn’t a lot left to lose. I bought in as a 50-50 punt, threw 5k at it, at an average of 6.3p and I am about 30% down. I wouldn’t dream of selling, as this is still a 50-50 punt but the time-line has been cut, I would estimate if they find a buyer, the very best they will get is 15p a share, probably 10-12p. This dog can’t go solo, it needs the synergy of a leaner, meaner and professional outfit. I am sure some of the yanks will be considering it for a break into Europe, if I knew for certain that a buyer could not be found, I would sell at 8am on Monday. The MCAP is 18 Million, they probably have that in the bank already, 50 Million in Yankee dollars looks like good business to me for a foothold into Europe. I feel sorry for those holding at 40p plus, it is all about mitigating losses now. GLA, DYOR.

Yes, a few decent buys, but a long way from seeing them beautiful TR1’s, a newbie would have to snap up 750k worth of shares for that to happen . That said, existing funds could buy in but they would still have to issue TR1’s for 1% increments. The SP found traction today and I am more confident today than yesterday. Considering that today was a bad day for retail, it showed promise. I appreciate that some are sitting back, but when it goes, it will go quick, I was in Revb last month and it jumped 35% in an hour when Boo started buying and when they issued the TR1 the next day, it jumped another 35%. GLA.

MCAP is less than 25 Million and they probably have that in the bank. Come on Mike, put an offer in and give this Dog a home!

Jumped in, it may go lower, but this looks good value for a punt, volumes picking up and the MM’s playing with the spread.

They probably need about 50 Million to turn it around, I read somewhere that they might end up with 20-25 Million in the bank at the end of the year but they have no debt. The SP is now -96.5% on IPO which to me seemed a bonkers valuation. There is only one way for this ship and that is a trade buyer, the valuation is too low for a Capital raise. The Business Model can not survive in its current form it will need Synergy from an existing player. I am ready to buy in, but just trying to time it, once someone makes a move it will shoot up.
