The sale of the company and the Texan lease is many times the value of these problems…

Recently smaller area projects were purchased for major amounts…..

This points to a major amount of cash as the value of our project…..

SL we dont need any games ….Just get a result that all size investors can be happy with…..

Where are the RNS with these major happenings?..

This looks like we need an explanation of their actions, and what were their intentions….

We were RNS on Aug 1 2024that the ORRI was signed by both parties….

We were informed that this would provide income to the co for many years….

Nearly Five months later nothing….NOTHING !!!.

Where are our monthly incomes….?

The ORRI was for income for thirty years …

. So any value on any deal of disposing our rights has to take that into contention

That was the deal when shares were bought…..

My understanding we are in position to receive 12.5% of income from the future workings on a large project for thirty years. That is our right from the deal.

If that is not the case what has changed…

We must if it is not the case we have 100% of the project…….

We have the four wells which are either producing or were scheduled to produce …….

We have the rights over a large amount of oil fertile ground…….and lithium….

We have rights as shareholders over the company,which will have to be considered..

There is no easy passage for anybody here……
