My advice is there are no future guarantees about the share price….think carefully….

My thoughts are these items were deliberately put in place…..

What is the real situation that will lead to this company being a successful company with a multi project, and a co company carry most of the risk……..

Next thing to happen is the successful conclusion of the Dutch Auction in the following week….

This will be followed in a short time by the delisting of the company on the standard section of the London Stock Exchange…….

There will we expect be a scramble for ownership of shares…..

We don’t need to look at the past and who did what it isn’t important.

No directors or company officers can sell shares, take the money of shareholders, and then

Not proceed with that company being absent from trading on the LSE…

That would be a criminal act involving the LSE and the police…

Directors would be held responsible…

What about the attachment of Globalvision ?

These companies have links or attachments to PPP,,,

There is DL who has major interest in PPP..

A Clifford another one….did fantastic work for PPP

Then the other companies who are part of the company with responsibilities….

SL has many contacts in the business world who he can call on for assistance

The proof will be in the auction……

What SL has done is moved the company into a position where we can return to the LSE….

The agreements with GV will be finalised and we will return to revenue producing co.

This points to the managiment considering all contributors to the company. This is. Not always the case when the management makes shares available to purchase…….

There is an issue of shares which are for sale by Dutch auction….

i had no of interest in this at first….

What has changed my thoughts totally is……

If the company puts shares up for sale by auction and takes the money for these shares…….

If shortly after that the company does not return to the market…..

Has not an offence been committed which could lead to actions by the Stock Exchange and possibly others…….

I am now in the camp who can see a future for the company n the LSE……

Can’t wait to find where the price finishes and PI’s buy the shares in large amounts…

It is a tactic to divert our attention away from being suspended for six months..

Being suspended for six months will involve taking decisions about the future of the company….

If they are taking good decisions we would not be arriving here…..

DL chairman of PPP at the time and because of his position in the company said?:-2024 pPP would make a lot of money for its shareholders….

Well there is not much time left…..

He must have recognised there was great assets which had great potential……

So why have they accrued debts and are finding it hard to obtain their own cash ?

It has a nasty little smell with it…..
