On the Texas drilling Reports they stated no production on the four wells Austin Chalk.

That was a couple of weeks ago. Don’t think we have any RNS to say different.

I am an admirer of The career up to date of RM.

He has made GV into a going concern in Madeira

HE has not carried out the terms of ORi.

Yet he has now taken over Nobel petroleum USA.

There seems to be a conflict in that he has stopped J&J Drilling of progress.

They seem to be in breach of their agreements,

And we suffer.

This company will not go private.

There are too many pitfalls if it did.

The dumped large shareholders and the PI’s would band together

Solicitors lawyers court cases. What a headache and they all need paying.

Then there is Donald Trump and Greg Abbott to face.

Go private. Go to visit He’ll on Earth.

Why would GV throw away their high % they have negotiated when they have them agreed already.

What would they get that they have not got now?

The ORi and the ESGY gave them massive income.

On top of the rest of the % he is the driving force of the company.

He could not get a better deal if PPP went private.

He would face a lot of court cases and nasty enquiries.

RM and GV their slogan for their company

looks a bright future for their partner PPP..

GV has taken over our company in Texas.

He has been successful in Different parts of Africa

He has projects in the Caribean,

He has a great lifestyle in Madeira..

Why would he take any risks with doing anything but make PPP great.

I must admit my theories of PPP have changed quite a lot recently.

My theory used to be we are travelling towards disaster, but it has changed.

If they were travelling into a fresh situation it would need a plan by the directors.

I now believe that any plan would need the full cooperation of RM and GV.

If things went wrong if there was a move away from PPP it would fall on GV as the operator.

RM is now the CEO and won’t cooperate and is keeping quiet,,,

He could if my theory is correct be our saviour.

I have a theory that they were finding out what would happen.

A type of rehearsal, but its guess work.

Research of Resource Bonds11 Ltd and Green XX Ltd is quite informative.

Why would anybody invest in PPP ?

They have a small share base.

They made a fantastic agreement with GV

Their partners were going to work in Texas. Home of oil drilling

Their SP was low and I had doubled my investment during July 24…

Everything was going great until Aug 1 2024…

From that day we have had no RNS that the project is back on track

7months and counting.

We have every reason to be bitter with the directors , unfortunately they have history of failing companies.

He will finish up with more than that.. Don’t grab straws !

There is no reason why they didnt go through with the GV agreement,

What was the big catastrophic event that stopped it.

With the agreement in our pocket we could have borrowed millions from the banks..

I realise that there is a mix up here. Which is of my making….

Te,SL,DL, and the quiet man have all been directors of companies.

They have all worked together.

The Quiet Man specialises in what as a shareholder you don’t want to happen.

They are all guilty of influencing the company on the long term plan.

They have four wells in the Austin Chalk.

Two wells were producing income.

The other two were expected to follow in the same way….

There would have been no need for share sales for income.

Basic logic keeps the money coming in.

Yet they were closed down and we were in trouble financially.

This can only be seen as a move to remove value from PPP….

They could have been handed over to GV as a project in working mode.

This looks as sabotage of our company.

MYIPA if only you were correct about me being invested here…..

I was here in July 24 when it was rocketing,

There was a post then that stated it would be suspended..

If only I had believed them…..

The small PI.’s have to take it on the chin as far as their rules state…

I agree we need to ignore the PI’s who want us to wait longer…

As well as the legal moves I think we should inform the Texas legislature of the situation

We need our talented PI’s to carry this out…..

A new CEO who has decided the PI’s don’t need to be informed…..

There has been no progress in TExas,,,,

That tells you as a PI you’re not part of the plan….

The Texas government are being deprived of their Taxes The land owners are being deprived of their percentage, and we are thrown aside to be dumped….

Yes there is a lot to come to mind….

We now know from their lack of enthusiasm they have no intention

To progress this project…..

Constant hiding behind the accounts when last Aug they were instructing the drill.

Companies…..and they have done nothing of worth since….

End of the line as far as PPP shareholders are concerned…….

Maybe Affirm can kick the ball farther down the street,,,
