This is all rubbish. They had oil flowing from The Whistling oil rig which provided them with income. They had a further three oilwells which it is certain would have provided further income. What did they do? They shut them down and pleaded poverty. They did this to make the company broke. What devious people !

Have always understood that part of the Chairman’s job was to keep the company regulated within the rules.

Are the directors now illegal because they have not submitted themselves to the shareholders approval.
