Houston-based APA Corporation, the parent company of Apache, is to sell $700 million worth of properties across 261,000 net acres in Texas oil and gas plays.
Combined, the acreage produced about 13,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, about a third of which is oil, APA said on Monday.

Combined, the acreage produced about 13,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, about a third of which is oil, APA said on Monday.
The bulk of the assets being divested are in the East Texas Austin Chalk and Eagle Ford plays, where APA is letting go of 237,000 net acres that produced about 11,000 boepd in the first quarter.
They sold for 700 million Dollars just over a year ago ..Project close to us at Eagle Ford.
Perhaps PPP directors can get close?
