Thank you Newuncle this shows they deliberately caused the company to appear a no income company….

They have cast doubts on PPP , by preventing developement of the company into a going concern…… which has been mentioned in postings…..

We are a going concern with fantastic assets…..

The Directors are shareholders and so are we….. we will not be pushed aside !!!

They are playing at being at loggerheads….

This diverts your attention….

Don’t be fooled……

There is about seven individuals who are trying to make things happen….

TE,SL, and OR are working together, there is no dispute between them….

NO CEO Leaves A company the way TE did..it would take a long period of handover…

Why are we concerned with the outcome with PPP……….

The LSE has many projects where the PI’s came out with nothing…….

I have been involved with at least two…….

If the PPP accounts are completed why are we still in suspension?.?

Why are we told the other companies are to assist with tax problems……

The Directors are not domiciled in the UK……

There are other issues but most can be solved by PPP returning to normal trading….

They have a private company set up already which I assume will be used if my guesses are correct…..

The company I assume they might use is GreenXxcorp which is a private company…..

It has three directors SL, TE, OR ,

As SL caused TE to leave PPP they must have some great meetings…

Funny their accts seem to be delayed ….

Forgot who that guy used to say KEEP them PEELED….

Where the listing of an issuer’s securities has been suspended for 6 months, the issuer must contact the FCA as soon as possible after the end of that period to discuss whether a cancellation of listing is appropriate or whether the securities can remain suspended for a further period to be agreed with the FCA.

There is no mention of fines as stated by others….

What happened to our investment in UKOG…..?.?

DL still has a good line when it comes to investing…..

It is finding that Olaf Rapp Director PPP has a speciality on his CV that we don’t want to think about….

He joined the company ,never gets a mention ,,, What is he up to ?

My main worry is that the accts could have been released.

They have not been done…..

At six months of being suspended a decision will be made and we could be delisted…

It is possible that the company affairs would only have the major shareholders supporting them

Then by a miracle all the other issues are solved….

We have to be ready for this possibility……or being prepared to be the holders of no value shares.

A company with a thirty year contract. Which was agreed AUG 2024 …….

Is that not a going concern……

We have oil wells Whistling Straits 5H turning out barrels of oil equiv…

Other wells ready to do the same…..

You can’t dismiss us as a company that is not a going concern……

We certainly need something more definite than we are now….

Like a return to normal trading……

We suspended because of the ACCTS…..

These must be ready for issue ….so no problem with listing…..

It seems that the dangerous time is when we have been suspended six months…..

I hope Mr nice guy is making the decisions… wish I knew who he was…..

We have now been suspended for five months and now other issues emerge….

Is there a limit to the number of trading days we can be suspended before we are delisted?

It all doesn’nt seem to have the will to get things on track…

This is not rumour or makebeleave but factual evidence of the fantastic leases owned by PPP

During 2019 PPP and their other co were developing the project buying land leases and involved in setting oil rigs in place…….

This involved large amounts of capital and management effort…….

They were driving the company forward so we can benefit today…….

When discussing 2019 this activity should be mentioned ,otherwise it gives the impression there was nothing happening….

Don’t do things like that …..
