Agreed JB was late with the funds. But the raise happened literally days before the funds arrived. After 2 years of waiting… another 72hrs and a raise price double what it was isn’t a difficult decision to make. I don’t not doubt for a second Rich’s geological skills an experience, but the timing of the raise shows a lack of understanding/strategy of the business side…

Anyway. Nothing we can do now. It’s a shame, that’s all.

I think you’ll find JB had nothing to do with the raise. He’s not even on the BOD.
