There's two ways that this scenario can be interpreted... a) We accept his role and hope for the best, or b) we remove him, taking a git on the SP, to prevent him milking a salary from any future suckers....if this is the path, I would seriously consider throwing Joel Silberstein into the debate as well...Someone once said, "Why are we also paying a salary to a CFO, when are revenues compare to your typical high street chip shop?" ....I have to agree with that person.

The Companies Act details that 5%,of shareholders can legally invoke a meeting to be called to debate removal of a particular board member(s). Costs will be at the expense of the company, where a major percent of votes can determine the outcome of that meeting. Of course, CB has delayed his salary from the past, thus securing his position in the company, as any removal will be swiftly countered by legal entitlement to contractual pay for time served. This is the catch, we know we couldn't find that cash without an immediate sell off of property/assets to settle any outstanding amounts owed.
