Dear Mr Bird 1. Do not say operationally CF+, when according to the same document, we are at a loss for the period in question. 2. Ditch the current office. For less than £1000py, you can rent premises to register a company, including Director services. Buildings can be rented for public and private meetings. Nobody responds to emails or phone calls so having a visitable office is pointless....allow office staff to work from home. 3. Consider allowing the locals to operate the alluvials on a high commission, self employed basis...they will respect such wages as its most probably better than the rates they currently receive from employment elsewhere. A slice of the returns can pay for machinery and security. 4. Ditch the CFO who is prone to making very suspicious mistakes that are never caught by the nomads. If you can control you're own personal wealth which exceeds the companies capital, why are we paying such unnecessary wages to extra bodies? 5. Keep up with the good progress on the Omnia deal. According to terms of the Sino agreement, Sino cannot touch anything other than alluvial material. I would love to hear that Sino has hit an extension, or a deposit that CB is unaware of. It just strikes me as to why such highly incentivised contractors haven't already voluntarily increased their production to 400tph, regardless of them missing the 15th Jan '18 target. Nonetheless, over two years ago, I sold myself the multi hard rock dream with XTR, the alluvials were just an addition. In reality, XTR just needed the dirt(alluvials) sat upon the Manica deposits moved so they could push forward with the HRs. CB has monetized that dirt removal, so I will give credit where it's due. If things didnt work out with alluvials, I had to remind myself that my investment was never about the alluvials, but rather about what lays beneath....I just wish CB never started going into stealth/evasive mode for that 3m period. Regardless, he has kept inline with his 5 phase HR schedule with Omnia, so I can't just moan where progress towards the goals of my investment decision are actually being met.

Agreed. I'm not expecting a raise in SP....I honestly don't think the alluvial production has increased either. Until the North South divide decision is made, I don't think either party will benefit any greater. Sino doesn't particully look enthusiastic to push harder on the eastside...they'd have done it already if that were the case(not to mention the contract obligation). Without access to my notes, if CB doesn't change the alluvial plan, Sino may exercise their right to repudiate the contract in the event of 3 consecutive months of low grades, which were not defined, but obviously has to be reasonable. Someone will have to double check whether that term applied to Sino or other contractor, I'm sure it was Sino. What worries me, maybe unreasonably, is the will to achieve success. Young blood generally has a career path to carve for their future, CB is beyond retirement age and is most probably also a millionaire....there's two significant factors that may contribute to somebodies will to bother. If my worries are wrong and CB pull a blinder, I'd be speechless and have absolute respect...I guess I'll have to wait and see. Anyways, who's up for some ardrock?

Torchy - Thats fine. In this case, VAST couldn't afford to lose, or even challenge for that matter. Ahh, if not already, we'll have it soon either way. Whether for the people of Romania, or for corrupt politicians, both would much prefer to have the generated revenues in their pocket than in the ground.

Torchy, trust me, it makes absolutely no financial or logical sense for VAST to take legal action against anyone. Put simply, they won't sue anybody!

A successful legal case would have to have a legal basis in order to be successful. Without knowing what exceptions in law the RomGov will exercise, we can not assume that legal action will simply be taken by AP. For example, AP states "we will sue if a delay occurs". In law, it might state that in the event of political issues, acts of God, terrorism, or other, that any relevant deadlines maybe delayed within reason. Now let's say that something above had happened which caused the delay...would AP take action still or not? Just because someone says they will take action, there must still be a basis in law to successfully do so. But yes, I do get you're point about immature selling, and completely agree.
