Occasionally, people write on here about the share price getting to a certain amount.
But, I do have some questions in relation to that.
Sometimes a share price will simply rise on sentiment and what's perceived to be coming and other times it rises due to actual performance and profits.
Just considering actual performance and profits, what sort of profits would be needed to be generated for the share price to reach 50p, £1, £2, £4 in people's opinion and are such profits feasible? Clearly this will be closely linked to the number of shares in circulation. I'm assuming others on here have already run the numbers, so I just wondered how much profit the company first has to make in order to give these thresholds a chance of being reached? Thanks.
