Your broker will let you know. You need to say yes to taking the placing (if you want it) first and then have funds in your account in readiness for it. That how it worked for a few placing I’ve been through on HSDL.

So phase 3 to start anytime this quarter. Results 4/5 months from now imo. From past experience with a placing the SP will probably dip to that price or may go slightly lower.

Took a very small position today - cheap trade day on HSDL. Been looking at AMGO for while and feel that it’s a decent punt.

I’m joking of course. Glad to see some positive movement with the SP and the broker target from Numis - which I’ll take with a pinch of salt.

Thanks xerxes- just thinking that if shareholders did have to approve what minimum offer you would approve at. Clearly we want a suitable price -and many have their own thoughts on what that may be. Anyhoo, gla!

When the offer the bod thinks is suitable and they let us know via a RNS, do shareholders have to approve it?

If/when the rns comes through which the board recommends, there can’t be any counter offers. All the bids are done behind the scenes so offers and counter offers will be done behind closed doors and we will only know the final offer which the bod approves of. Or am I mistaken and forgive my ignorance.

So final top up which I said last time I would never do. Took it to a nice 10k worth of shares. All I could afford and prepared to lose. My amount seems silly when I hear the numbers of shares others have but hey, I’m happy for all of us!
