I suspect I’m the divi here but any clarity will be appreciated

Like many I was hoping for good news but it’s only a delay, and I’m pretty certain KOD were pushing as much as the could to finalise all the CP’s but hey, that’s admin for you.

Hainan ain’t going anywhere. BA and team will be working around the clock. Would have been nice to hear if they received approval though.

I do suspect a little pull back when approval etc is rns’d, however my view has always been long term with the info (don’t worry I don’t take it as advice) from posters on here.

‘ Kodal is working to complete a number of conditions precedent for closing ("CPs") in relation to the Hainan Funding Agreement which include the reorganisation of Kodal's subsidiary companies to have all its Mali lithium assets held within Kodal Mining UK ("KMUK"), including the Bougouni project.



Bernard Aylward, CEO of Kodal Minerals, remarked: "The receipt by Hainan of these approvals from the China Government authorities to allow Hainan to complete its investment into the development of the Bougouni Lithium project is a major step towards completing the transaction. Kodal is continuing to finalise its CPs for the transaction and expects to achieve the deadline date of 30 April 2023 for completion.’

It’s just admin now…..

I suspect that the ceo wants to RNS when mining licence is approved which hopefully appears to be a done deal and all the other preconditions are sorted to satisfy hanian before they release one.

Today though is a good morning.

When the facility is being constructed and barring any geopolitical or major weather events, I reckon Hainan/Kod will complete ahead of schedule.

Agreed. Past experience for me is when news is incoming it gets factored in and when the RNS drops there’s a wee pull back.

However long term hold for me. Just wanting the mine to be built, job created and when in production within 2 months the mine is paid for and pure profit for all stakeholders!

If you have the cash then buy in the isa and sell the stock from normal account straight away. That’s how I beat the bed and isa charges.

Your broker should tell you what the charges are for bedding an isa.
