RE: North Sea oil rigs threatened with shutdown unless they start running on green electricity27 Mar 2024 10:43
Sek, the evidence that the earth's core is causing global warming to some degree is being ignored. The ocean temperature s have risen more at depth than nearer the surface plus the antartic ice sheet has reduced near the fault plate but thickened on the other side is significant. Also the degree of volcanic activity and earth quakes in recent times adds to that view, but it is career limiting for scientists to talk about those things. Eventually the truth will out and while I am on about it , why does nobody talk about watervapour - far more powerful than co2 as a greenhouse gas and produced in larger quantities when fossil fuels are burned? Akward perhaps?
