If it does not work out for wizz, say war in europe breaks out. Would wizz be able to retain some value by selling planes they are leasing? Can they transfer them to another company? Wizz does not own any of the planes and not planning to?

My undestanding ir that all these major shorters must have insiders and are getting intermediate results to act on. It cannot be just guessing and so far they been always right

Just there is risk of geopolitics. Russia is escalating because they are getting hammer by ukrabian drones attacking oil refineries making economy weaker

I think wizz recent withdrawal from Austria due to increased airport taxes is good news because airline is growing at the moment faster than others and it means that they are capable of still selecting were to grow and finding more profitable routes than existing.

Before H1 results SP should come back to 1400-1450 levels if not higher. I dont see reason to expect bad results and SP is depressed is because consumer is down due to interedt rates and fight against inflation. Once economies start growing again everyone will realise that fastest growing airline should be priced with much higher PE. Eastern europe economies are already growing way faster than western economies including UK

If it is true, airline is growing way faster than ryanair so we shoupd be seeing pe higher than other compabies in terms of 'growth stock' while others are only marginally increasing.

On other hand I am a bit concerned with geopolitics. Looks like ice is broken and we will see more drones coming from russia and we eill se more airspase shutdowns in the areas which are again very bad for wizz.

Russia wont start war against nato, they really dont have power to open another front as they struggle in ukraine, but looks like no reaction from west after sending drones and this will see this more and more.

Also, all depends on the rate of returned engines, if we get 1 engine a month when we need 80 more months to at least finish groundings of 40 planes. They should start telling actuals in next RNS. This is the reason why shorters are still pilling up and they must have their insiders that do know what is actually happening.

Looked at other RNSs from 2024 and looks like some aircraft were already grounded by September 2023 so we have over 2 years now. And to my opinion if they have received and fixed engines from P&W they should have announced it by now and should be using actual return times not planned return times from 2 years ago.

''January 24, 2024, Wizz Air had 33 aircraft on the ground'' this is from 2024 results. Now my understanding is that these initial 33 planes are still on the ground or with fixed spare engines? If not they should have provided what is this turn around time and not use planned 300 days when you have actual dates. Nearly 2 years passed and my expectation is that these 33 planes wont be back flying before 2026 Jan.

Captain, Varandi said last year that turnaround is 2026 year on the interviews at least. I took this one from most recent Q1 results:

How do you forecast on 300 days if you know that it takes over 500 days. Why not inform this news during results, this is why bad surprises come out when results are announced and it goes 30% and investor confidence in clarity also drops.

All is good in Russia and Chine they got their system running well. It is probably based on fear and brain wash but no one can stop that. Only by stopping economy people would start asking questions, but it is unlikely to stop economy now.

Hard to see Oracle double in price in last 6months before I switched investment to wizz on belief of turnaround year... these lies remove trust from this stock

Woypd be interesting to see reaction and this is not going to be the last drones. Also, this was not one or 2 'lost' drones, this was intensional. Europe seriously need to pull finger out and get armed and sanctions, enouth is enough.

At the moment looking at 1-2 year investment in wizz. And when SnP500 probably... i moght have different opinion after 1year. If current SP doubles in 1-2 year I've reached my goal.

No crisis due to increased or decreased interest rates by 1%, this is what everyone is woried about at the moment and this is why all markets are all time high. It is not 2022 when everyone realised that interest rates will go very high.

Wizz ofcourse is higher risk company and with hogher risk it is more likely to fall compared to say ryanair but I am not expecting any crisis due to small movement is job market or interest rates. And black swan events cannot predict. I'd be fully invested now no mater if in wizz or in microsoft
