It’s just mind numbing the incapacity to see what is needed. The lack of news flow, the concentration on revenue, the incredibly low returns on equity.

315p to buy. Four years of nothing whilst markets hit records and not once have they created any momentum in the share price. It’s almost as if they are doing the exact opposite to what is needed. Cancel buybacks, commit to dividends, director buys other than CEO (why wouldn’t they if believe shares undervalued as they stated), work on return on equity numbers (so far embarrassing), promote and publish individual successes to create publicity and momentum, prove the last three years of investment hitting the bottom line (the pnl is dreadful), stop referencing revenue/sales as key metric (especially when missing self set targets on a pro rata basis currently). FFS change and implement it is not that complicated

A few times the company have mentioned the share price is undervalued. Now there are a lot of factors that influence the share price but the most significant are company performance, prospects, margins, etc. So when making such a statement does that not lead to some self reflection. It worries me that they make such a statement as if they are not the main reason. Come on NEDs and other directors put your hands in your pockets or don’t you believe the comments you signed. It’s been an awful ride time for pay back

That’s what he said but the market does not believe it and even if true what a sad indictment of their planning! The training centre and integration with Salesforce was always stated to be wrapped up in 2024 latest. We were asked to be patient. We were and we still are, our reward is a share price sitting at lows.

Right as to the buyback. So it has completely failed to support the share price. In fact the fall has accelerated over the buyback period. Secondly, it only helps us if cancelled in the treasury account. Keeping them for employee options is again no help to us. Thirdly, the amount of the buy back is dictated by daily volumes. The average daily trades make these totally ineffective in creating support. Fourthly if distributed as dividends, although very small, would reward share and send a positive market message.

As to contract wins not being the problem. Actually stating demand outstrips supply well prove it! Publish and if true we get a boost. If demand does outstrip supply then a bad reflection on the company for not forward planning.

All points to a need for management to regroup and start by mak8ng some buys, including the NEDS to get some much needed credibility on the roadmap put forward

CEO you can basically be an apologist for the company and blame ‘the market’ or recognise the failures of management to generate any investor interest. Either they don’t believe the rhetoric or they believe it is fairly valued. Either way it is a huge task for management to turn the tide but it can be done. Change buybacks to dividends, director buys, report more frequently on positive events ie contracts, investor presentations, proof investment paying off with clear metrics etc etc

You have to understand it only reached the dizzy heights of £13+ when the company was deemed high growth and priced for a successful franchise roll out. The rate of expansion didn’t happen and growth has stalled.

Why are you saying watr are buying shares at 3.40? It is not them but the broker on behalf of the seller manipulating quoted prices.

Revenue is vanity and the EBITDA is not far off being a similarly bad measure in my opinion. PNL is down, investment up, cash balance down, ROI negligible.

A bit bizarre to say we are at an inflection point because that was meant to be 2024. Cut and paste the figures but they do not equal a business that is growing with the speed necessary to support a rerate. The qtr 1 revenue was 21m, the CEO was intimating a figure of 100m plus for the year. Hmm. We need to wait and see and again trust a mgmt that has under delivered over the last few years.

Why no director buys if so undervalued? Why no new contract news coming out? However now priced near yearly lows so hopefully better days ahead but no thanks to our wordy and talkative CEO. Dividends not buybacks! Especially if not cancelled 8n Treasury account.

Obviously you know what I think. A great potential money maker wasted by poor management strategy and decision making. Coupled with the small trades at 340p well over the buy price shows that someone has dumped the shares from 400+ down. Where it stops I don’t know but the trades will give it away.

How can they say the buy back is a success; minimal amounts purchased infrequently and no announcement that they will be cancelled in treasury. The fact that there hasn’t been any director buys for years and not one standalone RNS regarding new contracts since Feb 2024 gives you a scale of the disregard they hold us in. Almost as if they are doing the opposite to what they should be doing

I think the RNS gives a nod to investor frustration in recognising the obvious share price doldrums but again let’s see the words translated into actions and as stated more regular updates. We need the investments to ignite the bottom line. Dividends not buybacks and maybe some director buys!

I am not sure I know another company that has such a regularly distorted quoted share price to the buy and sell price. Many a day recently the buy price has been below the quoted price. At 340p now we seem to have an orderly market for today but there is no hiding this has been a dog for 3-4 years.

Their key metric is revenue. If I wanted to have a company and make say 1 million revenue I could do it in a week. I could sell 100,000 new iPhone for £10. Sure I would make an extraordinary lose but my turnover would be amazing! Stupid example but it does illustrate that revenue is not be the company’s primary goal. Maybe return on capital would be a more balanced approach

Investors have been patient and endured the ‘investment years’ in expectation of a pay off in late 2024 and 25 and yet they continually underperform by a metric they never refer to - the share price! Seriously needs a new way of thinking, approach and it is obvious what to do. Maybe nepotism will work but probably not! Instead be proactive start publishing contract wins, change your KPIs and look at margins. Change has to happen and of course admit the buyback is a farce and change to dividends

You really haven’t a clue. All the action was disguising the play downwards. It got there.

Probably need to wait a day or so for broker reports to update but have you ever known a house broker not to be optimistic about a clients future performance?

Yes I was surprised by profits falling and I was surprised by the near 5m reduction in the cash balance. Are you saying that was a ‘known’ prior to today?

Right now on IG Index we are 34p down (9.44%) if anyone actually thinks that update is acceptable or ok then I am amazed. With profits mooted I can’t even see scope for a dividend even if they were inclined to do so.

It is so grating that they are so out of tune to what the market needs and what investors deserve. Too late to exit and maybe the only positive is that we may see a turnaround in Qtr 2. If they deem it necessary to do a video update they should be acutely aware that they have a mountain to climb to placate serious holders or attract new ones. More bs will not be tolerated. Not my best investment decision and not the launching pad to seek a new listing. All this talk of revenue reaching 3 figures and beyond and all they could manage was 4% and a drop in profits.

Just to be clear CEO that does not equate to a pro rata 16% over the year. 4% based on qtr1.

Let say company A makes 10% increase to revenues each quarter based on 10m prior year

Qtr 1 prior year 10m revenue now 11m

Qtr 2 prior year 10m revenue now 11m

Etc

Total 40m revenue prior year 44m this year. A 10% increase over the year not 40%!

In the latest video presentation they set lofty expectations for revenue, their metric of choice and barely moved the dial

Look I hold and desperate for this to succeed but we had a big investment phase over 2023 and 24 and profits are now down! Fed up with EBITDA and Revenue metrics.

I expect the update was a few days late to squeeze in April numbers to soften the blow. The cash burn on a tie up with Streamlabs needs more detail and a clear picture of rate of return on investment.
