I get an increasing sense that there is ongoing frustration at the company valuation at the top and along with the CEO’s age and vested interest that WATR will be sold next year. Just a hunch.

The buyback is limited to percentage of daily trading so to get numerous purchases over months to buy back in any significant volume but the strategy is the correct one. Like many smaller companies market sentiment is low but let’s hope the smaller companies will get back on track once bond sell offs and treasury yields fall.

So the challenge here is not to get the sp hit twice by the same bad news when the accounts are released in November. We know losses will be circa $1m. It is absolutely crucial that a strong narrative, supported by an indication on this years figures is given to negate this. They must not mention unprecedented weather conditions, extreme weather is the new norm. We know margins are tight. We need positive and immediate remediation actions that are visible metrics that investors can measure performance. But the most important thing they can do to help themselves and shareholders is to put a price on the licenses. 2, 3, 5 times market cap? But do it. Things have to change.

I was told there was something coming out pre results if approved by KMOG and Nomad but looks unlikely now. I really hope they understand the importance of the next release. No repeated excuses but licence value, partnerships and viable ideas to move into profit.

I have no problem if free cash flow is reinvested rather than distributed to shareholders if said investment adds more value but after consistent statements extolling the virtues of Saleforce, training centre etc it is time to recognise that effort in cash terms. Time for payback now.

They better get a move on withe buy backs and for all their investment over the last 2 years in Saleforce, training centre, website etc it would be nice to see some metrics. Good firm but tired of waiting

The value of the licences, or what value the company attributes to them is a major obstacle to any investor here.

They are intangible assets that should normally be on the audited accounts but KPMG have advised the company that they should not be included. As a result anyone invested here has to make a judgement call on their worth rather than getting it from the company itself.

Apparently there will be more info coming prior to the results as to next actions which might help inform investors.

So there could be a just under 12% buy back and this stays still? I am with the chairman at being a bit perplexed about the valuation of the company. Fair value £5.50. It will rerate.

The Californian bill has been off the table for a couple of years. This is not a reaction to that but to poor performance. The thing is there is so little coming from the company itself in the way of investor engagement or goals and how to reach them.

Seriously disillusioned with the performance, communication and lack of responsibility for the situation we find ourselves.

Where is the documented pathway to profits? With the failure of the last strategy change where is the value proposition? Why no director buys at this level if they believe half the things they have stated about this company?

It just seems borderline negligent. Anything positive other than blind hope? And if someone mentions the licences then quantify with evidence

This will be the third year of losses and this current year post investment and strategy change. It is just not working. You can only state unprecedented weather conditions if you had not mentioned the year before. The unprecedented weather is the new norm.

So we are down to whether the director is still committed to supporting us for another year but not a great position for a private investor to be in. Realistically looking at a forced sale - so the big question is the value of the intangible assets ie the licences.. the balance sheet doesn’t show them so be interested in the company clarifying. It is unfair to investors to wait until the financials to announce next actions as at that point we are stuck. We need an RNS now to o confirm whether we are a going concern and the reworked strategy

Nothing they can do about the weather is true but you cannot state unprecedented weather conditions every year!

This is a very strange company one that generates nearly $50m in revenue but can’t make a profit. How many bookies do you know that lose money? The valuation here will always bounce around and the sum of the parts are multiples of the current sp in the hands of the right people. The issue is putting out a for sale sign versus receiving an unsolicited bid will impact the end game but it is the only option now. Let’s get it done

So what happened regarding getting authorisation for buy backs. Getting that and guidance on amounts would be hugely positive. This month would be nice, along with new contract news and completion of training centre

No market. No demand, no supply. No recent independent broker coverage, no investor presentations, no profit over last two years, stagnating revenues but we do have an updated website! I worry this will go private as there seems to be absolutely no attempt to play to investors or invigorate the share price.

Well it just closed over the 2.80 upward resistance marker. If general markets reverse from the negative sentiments over the last few days momentum will take us over £3

I will leave you to be confused and an apologist for a company that delivers losses and survives of loans from a company director. You spout positive messages but base it on feelings rather than anything substantial.

Down at the close. No market, no demand or supply, no rumours….it is basically a holding company with intangible assets that are hard to value unless they turn the pnl around and quickly.

For the last few years it has shown a miserable return not mentioning the lost opportunity cost of placing the money elsewhere and with the spread releasing the cash is virtually untenable.

So forced to hold and hope but they have been up for sale long enough now, really is time for some proactive a management. There is not in a sniff of any suitor

Trying my patience here. I thought the update was rather low key. If that was all guns blazing I think they were mostly firing blanks.

We were initially told the benefits of the investment programme would be H2 2023. This seems to be a moving target without any acknowledgment or honest update as to why. We need an understanding of the ROI and projections. I am anticipating quarter on quarter growth. So give the market your story and backed up with the detail.

Still a strong believer this will flourish but the company has to help itself by selling the investment case with actual numbers. A company presentation would help.

Well we should get an indication on how well things are going on Wednesday or Thursday. I am hoping that there will be good growth from Qtr 1 through to the end of year as prior (and present) investments start to be seen in the PnL

We are missing a promised update and get the feeling an update on Salesforce costs would not go amiss and of course proof that the investment strategy is paying off. There was also a mention of investing in their online presence boosting investor relation and communication again I think investors would quite like to see this too!

I am confident in the company but the updates and PR need addressing.
