However it may be as simple as the market playing sceptic: if it looks like a great deal, smells like a great deal and tastes like a great deal it can't be a great deal. Except it is IMO and I'm certain the BOD will prove it. CARE and Redmoor next :)

Well the BOD certainly managed to turn a pile of old copper mining waste (magnetite) at Cobre into piles of cash. I have every confidence they will make a success at Leigh Creek :)

Interesting links, thanks for sharing PO; due diligence on LC provided by an RMA shareholder certainly raises an eyebrow: "The information in this report that relates to Exploration Results and Mineral Resources is based on information compiled by David Larsen who is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG), and is a shareholder in Resilience Mining Australia (RMA)." Let's hope costs can be tightly controlled and lessons can be learned from previous operations.

"CARE is the next big one. Forget LC." Not sure I agree with that PhaseOne. We should start to see value added before full production. Once the deal has been finalised (after vwa calculation and share issue) and we get the 'keys' I would expect another PR offensive to attract investors followed by a further flurry of updates when initial production has started and production starts to ramp up. At CARE we could hit the jackpot but I think LC will be reflected in the sp sooner than Christmas. Time will tell.

It would seem that to previous owners Leigh Creek in some respects was just like the magnetite stockpile at Cobre. An asset that they feel was too complex/difficult/troublesome to monetise. We're making a great job of selling that stockpile for Freeport and making lots of cash while doing so. We'll make lots of cash at Leigh Creek too. Onwards and upwards!

Well I can't explain the sp, especially given the acquisition of LC, however we now own 100% of a JORC copper mine with a 100% take off agreement independently ascribed 3-3.5p per share in its own right. Add in Cobre and 2p looks crazy. Buying SML shares right now is like buying a Monet at a car boot sale for buttons (and buying it). Show us the Monet JP! ;)

RMA were to pay PNX $100,000 if and when 3,000 tonnes of copper are produced (nice find Lupin). I wonder how that condition of sale from PNX to RMA would have been dealt with in the sale from RMA to SML. Irrespective LC looks like a bargain. Very excited to see production resume at Leigh Creek!

Amazing how one wee trade can seemingly affect the whole feel. Nothing has changed, indeed IMO this late reported trade just re-enforces how pi's are manipulated. This should open up but I guess we'll see. Strong buy from me!

I'm not interested in day-to-day movements Fira, I didn't invest in SML to cash out next week. This is a long term play in my SIPP, I have no idea what the VWA will be for March but I can tell you that 2p is way too cheap for the portfolio of assets we are cultivating so yes it will absolutely rise from here I have supreme confidence. Lighten up, I understand that you may be underwater but talking the share down is counter productive :)

Fira, it may well nudge down further but it will absolutely go considerably higher than your 3.65p shares. Now is the time IMO to average down if you are that much underwater, the sp will rise significantly from here make no mistake; when it does you may regret not filling your boots at the current sp. When life hands you melons, make melonade ;)

That's enough to give someone nightmares Phase one. Evil MM's manipulating investors minds (those of us that still have them), twisting reality and slowly converting us into vacuous shells which they can suck all our hard earned cash from. It's either that or some people believe they can make more money on the cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme. The people who made money are the ones who convinced the masses to invest in a 'currency' underpinned by nothing more than investors perception of its worth. I have no doubt many made money but as soon as you read it in the national press it's too late: the ship has sailed. The SML ship is still boarding but not for long. We're selling off a few last minute cheap seats before the journey to 10p leaves the harbour. Don't let anyone steal your shares ;)

The sp may be similar to when you sold last summer Fira but the company is very different with significant improvements to profit at Cobre and the addition of Leigh Creek. At the time you sold Hanns Camp and Redmoor were several years off, they are now one year closer and we will have a producing copper mine within the next 12 months with early processing of stockpiles starting around 3 months time. Leigh Creek represents a huge milestone for SML, so much so that the BOD are talking about dividends!!! : for a junior AIM miner - who ever heard of such a thing!?

Unfortunately ii don't let you set limit orders higher than 150% of the current price otherwise i'd do the same LD. Keep your eyes on the prize dotcom, rewards are not too far off: LC is independently ascribed a value of 3-3.5p per share on it's own. The current sp is a poor reflection of our prospects and assets, the BOD will be working hard to get LC producing as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the mean time we have additional results from HC due and they could light the blue touchpaper.

The sp has taken a battering on very low volume, it's hard not to think there is some sort of manipulation going on especially in light of such positive newsflow. Reminder: we are generating income, we have money in the bank, we now own a JORC copper mine worth at least 10x what we paid for it! We also have a magnetite stockpile inside the US, an early stage tin/tungsten mine in the UK and some really exciting tenements in Australia. Selling now is BONKERS. Come on JP pull another rabbit out your hat and catch the shorters get caught with their shorts down!

JP pulled a 100% owned 25K tonne JORC copper mine out his hat that will be producing inside a year. We now own a copper mine (subject to issuance of shares) worth ~3p per share in return for a near insignificant 3% dilution. As rabbits go that one's a whopper IMO.

Donald Trump has just signed an executive order to raise tariffs on imported steel Fira and they are coming into force in less than a fortnight; that means that US domestic demand (for raw materials), and production is likely to increase and magnetite is a major iron ore used in the manufacture of steel. This development should increase the price/demand of our magnetite stockpile. And as we know Leigh Creek is valued at ~3p per share on its own, Cobre is worth at least 2p as it stands so right now there appears to be zero value placed on Leigh Creek. I think between the trade new trade tariffs and Leigh Creek we should see a rise to 3p, I'm surprised we're not already there. Even if you discount Redmoor and Hanns Camp (as the market has) there is still the possibility of a new US asset - especially now the regulatory environment has changed as detailed in the corporate presentation on p11 "Identify an expansionary US investment". Or how about an agreement for unlimited access to the Cobre stockpile? There is a lot that could happen here and JP likes to pull a rabbit out his hat every now and then. Let's wait and see.
