Agreed, like mkwarriors I'm now well underwater and I'm struggling to make the connection between what has been IMO great newsflow for a cash accretive company with multiple assets at offset stages of production and the drifting share price.

It all seemed to start with the equity arrangement for the purchase of LCCM although that may have been coincidence and ever since the sp seems to be suffering disproportionate downwards pressure. I'm sure things will be looking much better this time next year but right now it is very disappointing.

Well if there is an RNS in the pipeline I'm sure the Aminex professional PR machine will ramp up and go into overdrive .... oh wait no that's right we don't do PR or investor updates. Farm out or placing, it's dilution either way. Of course we could be fundraising at 7p+ if our BOD had just gone ahead and drilled NT3 as promised. Raising funds when we spiked at 7p would have been a good move giving us cash to proceed but instead the BOD have let the sp and KN1 languish and outsourced a few reports. I expect nothing from the AGM; like last year the anticipation will, IMO, far outweigh the news (if any). I'll bet the salary resolution is passed though. Not bad for a year's work: commission a few reports, write a few RNS updates start negotiating to sell your prize asset at bargain basement rates ... oh and vote yourself through a nice big salary increase.

I think the likelihood of that happening Vike is between zero and nill. Remember this is the BOD who's back-to-back drill at Ntorya 2 has taken 18 months and counting and the compression issues at Kiliwani again 18+ months and still no planned resolution. Last year's AGM was a damp squib and I have no doubts this year will be the same. I can't see anything positive happening until 2019 at the earliest. Hope to be proven wrong but the BOD are anything but proactive.

Jay came bottom of an exclusive list of very well paid executives. The article also states renumeration is increasingly performance based and SO EFFIN IT SHOULD BE! If Jay wants more money he can start by increasing the value of the company: as one of the larger shareholders he has most to gain by doing so. ... or perhaps he's just weary, like the rest of us, of having our assets tied up in a company that thinks back-to-back = 18 months. Poor Jay, how he must suffer on his £30k/month. Over to you Jay: PROVE you deserve a payrise. ;)

Shortly? That sounds longer than back-to-back, and our back-to-back drill has taken 18 months and counting. Still, they can always focus on pressure issues at our only producing well ...... oh Just saying ;)
