cperkin, I would counter that the BOD's salary increase is a significant issue while many LTH's sit on losses. I'm all for performance related pay so keep their non-performance salaries as they are and provide them with share options which are, by their very definition, performance related.
30,000 per month for JB is quite sufficient and it is unacceptable IMO to expect an increase off the back of KN1 pressure debacle (which was also CPR'd - fat lot of good that did), a partially collapsed well at NT2, a shelved back-to-back drill at Ntorya 3 / CH1, a year-long hunt for a rig which we have yet to hear if it's been successful, no license extension (as yet), no development license (as yet) and some outsourced reports.
Start ticking off those items and we can talk about pay rises, until then the BOD need to wind their necks in and start delivering tangible results that move the SP in a direction we all benefit from. Let's not forget the BOD and Zubair Corp will benefit most from a positive sp trajectory.
