I was hoping that it'd be dug by now SirRob, not that I'd shy away from a hard day's graft you understand but just that it's taking such a long time and noone on our BOD seems to be in a rush. Sigh. I'll get my pickaxe & shovel. ;)

I'm back from Espania everyone, I'll bet you all missed me. Have I missed anything here? .... anything? Any news? Any new tweets? Any licenses awarded? Any details on sud date for CH1 or perhaps news on a farm out? Anything at all? No? Nothing? That's unusual ;)

Jay might be cheaper feelinglucky but have you seen any of JB's interviews? I'm all for ditching Camarcwho but I don't think it's a good idea for Jay to do them on his own. I'm not sure what Jay is good at, negotiating personal remuneration packages perhaps, but it's definitely not doing interviews or promoting Aminex within public circles. :)

I thought we were only eating porridge? Or is that just me? lol I'm going to Spain today for some heat training ready for the big dig so if you don't hear from me until next week don't worry - I've not reneged on the plan I'm just in intensive training.

It's pretty clear to me Nothern that they saw my post on here about digging the well by hand and are now organising a plane ticket, shovel, torch and porridge... oh and probably a wheelbarrow and a ladder.

As a shareholder of other stocks, where getting news is like pulling teeth, I really appreciate the update of pictures by SML: even if we don't yet know the details. It keeps us informed of progress and let's shareholders see what is going on - a picture tells a thousand words ;)

It does; and if I were in Tanzania I'd have dug the CH1 well by hand by now ;)

Mt Weld drilling results should be due next month: testing for gold and rare earth minerals. We may even get some preliminary results early depending on what they show.

Aye Manic but Scotland has a coastline of nearly 10,000km and Tanzania has a mere 1400km. I could walk that before breakfast ;) All we need is 30km of pipeline and a wee signature on the development license. Will 2018 be the year????

Another day another sp drop. Perhaps the BOD could stick their hands in their pockets and buy some more shares ... I'm sure JB could afford a few more ... even with his paltry £30k/month.

Let's be quite clear. The only people who have jumped the gun are the BOD. You are rewarded AFTER after a success not in anticipation of it. Rewards should also be based on performance otherwise a back-to-back drill becomes a year-plus-apart drill. And pressure issues at our only producing well become the year after next problem.

The only people undermining the sp is the BOD Celtic. Why chose to increase their renumeration now? Are they so devoid of all reality that they cannot understand how this might be perceived to those of us earning less than £30k/month which I assume is most. The average salary is ~£2k per month. Perhaps JB could try living on that until the BOD start delivering some actual results. They certainly should not be thinking about increasing it irrespective of the farm out deal. Rewards should be performance based i.e. options not salaries.

Perfectly sensible to talk about the BODs renumeration package amoeteto especially in light of the lack of rig, spud date, income from KN1, cash to complete Ntorya, farm out or development license. Seems to me that it's the BOD who need to be focusing on priorities rather than their own salaries.

Brave enough? Just try and stop me. Increasing their salaries, they've got some nerve. Unless the farmout is stellar they'll get a piece of my mind. JB should be ashamed of himself passing a pay rise through on the back of abject failure at KN1 and potentially misleading shareholders over mitigation, seems to me the compression was another can kicking exercise, and near failure at NT2 with a partially collapsed well and a back-to-back drill that will be over a year apart. Outsourced a CPR and a field development plan, that's about all the BOD have achieved this year. Utterly useless.

The BOD do not deserve any increase in remuneration IMO, they have entirely failed to deliver this year and until they do any talk of an increase in remuneration should be given the disdain it rightly deserves. I'm not sure I can make it to the AGM but if I do come along you can be damn sure I'll call JB out on this unless there is a whopper of a farm out deal on the table next to a 25 year development license. The BOD should be rewarded for successes and this calendar year they have achieved little in the way of successes. I think �30K per month plus options is more than enough.
