My commitments are to my family first and then my employees Drewky, Aminex is only an investment. Attending an AGM in another country especially one where the farmout was not known was only ever a possibility where it would not impinge on either. And I will make a decision on EGM attendance when we are given a date.

My staff always get paid first, even if there is no cash left for me; which has happened several times over the years. My top developers take home more than I do and we do not and have not ever been in debt to anyone. What's your self righteous point Drewky?

If you look back at my post 5p was in context to CH1 and a direct response to amoeteto's suggestion of 10p off the back of CH1. Most of your list is opinion; quotes from Bhattacherjee and Malcy are just their opinions and could very easily be selective and in Bhattacherjee's case strongly biased - which you would expect. Unless we find oil even at $25m/annum 10p represents a m/c of £360m which seems high to me. If we can reach 10p I'll be very happy don't get me wrong but let's try to be realistic.

Just explain to me why you think merging the Kiliwani and Nyuni license areas is a good thing Drewky? What costs are we saving by doing this? And more importantly what are we likely to have to give up? What happens to the respective splits? What about the Nyuni seismic and drilling requirements? With all the cash you have in your list guaranteed to be rolling in why do we need to merge the licences to save costs? We could save a lot of costs on the wage bill, or perhaps we could have negotiated some/any of the back costs of Ruvuma had our CEO been so inclined. If you're going to showcase that as a good thing to fans of your list and have it top of that list; you might want to explain why you think that to be the case.

Do you mean NT2? We had 75% of the license at that stage amoeteto. We now have 25% after selling the remainder for $40m. I think we'll be lucky to hit 5p, very happy to be proven wrong though.

10p would value Aminex at £360m with a projected income of $12m/annum from CH1; oh and we currently have a $2.2m admin costs (barring any further salary increases). I think you are being a tad optimistic.

Good that you have such conviction Drewky although I'm not sure why you are suggesting this has anything to do with my 3 posts today - more likely due to the ~400k of buys versus 2 million sold.

That said I'm not entirely convinced that volume warrants a 5% drop.

Unless we hear about an EGM next week it's not going to happen in September as we'll need 2 weeks notice minimum. Will another Bhattercherjee timescale bite the dust?

I'm very easy to read - happy when the sp is up or moving up and not when it's on it's way down; as now. And incidentally when it's on it's way down I'm reminded how much we're paying Bhattercherjee and his expanded 'management' team - the ones who were brought on to help bolster our red herring attempt to drill NT3 on our own and quite possibly always part of a Zubair Corporation plan so that we (shareholders) pay their salaries out of our dwindling cash reserves and the Zubair Corporation get a hand picked well paid team who have bedded in and hit the ground running - all paid for by us.

Who does Bhattercherjee work for again?

I'm not sure you could classify Drewky's list as only "facts and figures", there are many quotes in that post from Bhattercherjee and I'm sure I don't need to remind you Bhattercherjee statements/assertions have proven to be incorrect in the past:

NT3 to be Back to back with NT2
FFD will be self funding
We are a gas producer (not any more)
Kiliwani will be a simple fix

I doubt anyone on here can answer that cperkin as we've not seen the CPR. I would perhaps just say that it would seem rather incompetent for a CPR report to miss a zone from their calculations.

The magnetite isn't going anywhere, the major client clearly wants to retain access to the magnetite and prevent us from looking for other customers or they wouldn't have agreed to pay a non-refundable deposit. We are still receiving cash while we wait for the environmental issues to be sorted out and if they aren't resolved by December I suspect one of two things will happen:

1. We'll start looking for a new client
2. We *may* discuss extending the current suspension with, I would imagine, different terms.

We have until March 2019 on the current temporary amendment and lets not forget the underlying contract with the client has a requirement to purchase a further circa 360,000 tons with penalties for termination of the contract.

Presumably when the timescales were set they were done so on the basis that the environmental issues the client was facing would be resolved within the timescales.

I think given PW's flagging us as his top riser worrying about Cobre is understandable but unnecessary IMO.

Makes you wonder then Crusty why November was set as the completion date and why the EGM is still not announced. If short term cashflow was an issue then surely Zubair Corporation could have paid a sum on initial agreement especially as this deal is "pocket change" to them. The past 18 months have been extremely draining watching the sp slip endlessly. Our illustrious leaders have failed to anticipate the market reaction of this 'transformational' deal and as such most LTHs are now underwater. If cash is an issue for our accounts and subsequent approval of the Farmout then the Zubair Corporation should step up and give us some more non-refundable up-front cash for back costs: they can certainly afford it.

Where did you get the 5TCF from hardnose? CPR has 1.87TCF GIIP.

AUD 100,000 cash and 1m shares in GSN for some tenements that we wouldn't have developed ourselves seems like a good deal to me.

Frees up a little cash, demonstrates the company is focused on battery minerals and keeps our toe in the water (1M shares in GSN) with zero cash commitments.
