So an immediate "for sale" notice would appear to be off the cards.
Given current sp good news for us minnows.
As always though here a bit more detail would be appreciated.

If LJ is the industry hotshot that some say he is then presumably he is lining up a suitor . Post jorc that suitor will fund the pipeline and kick start the mine in return for an exclusive Ta deal. If not we`re doomed.

MrC, my biggest loser too, on paper anyway. Unlike you have`nt had the courage to average down and finances limited anyway so sitting on 5.5p.
As has been pointed out limited free float and mcap about the same as a chelsea semi so if good news does land it could well take off, who knows. GLA

Yes, always interesting when a new poster suddenly arrives with a huge ramp and starts telling everyone what Ta is actually used for, like we don`t bloody know, jeez. Oh and there might be lots of Li too, really, you don`t say.

JV, only realistic outcome here IMHO. Big customer waiting in the wings to hoover up the Ta , happy to ante up for the pipeline and wait a year for commercial production to kick in.

Lambo, No offence intended by us old cynics, but many , myself included have been here a number of years and experienced the resulting knocks to the sp as a result. Most here are aware of the potential (and what TA is used for).
My chief concern,shared by many others is the total lack of news flow from LJ. After all we part own the company!
We are also aware of confidentially agreements in the Ta supply chain,but to treat shareholders with such little respect is insulting to say the least.
Perhaps the sp performance of the last 48hrs heralds a turning point . Lets hope so for both new and old investors.

Really hope optimism is not misplaced. Anyone like myself who bought in here in old KV days based on GC bull...t will be wary too. Not deramping but seen the sp slide a long way.

Suspicious or not, I`m delighted the % is plus not minus. The value of my holding was zilch anyway so nothing much left to lose . Been out all day so nearly fell out of my chair when I switched on. RNS to come now I guess, We`ll see what tomorrow brings!!

SG, I did post this a short while back to hopefully assist another poster with a similar problem.
My broker is Charles Stanley but I`m sure others offer the same service.
For a modest fee they send me well before the tax year end a " securities report" detailing every transaction and any tax penalties that result. All calculated at base rate . I pass this on to my accountant who ticks the right boxes.
It is not expensive and saves a huge amount of hassle.
Hope this is of some help.
