Why the big fall for the pass few days? The news today was not too bad & with the 4G potential the sp should be higher. Anyone know why?
Certainly one for the long term. Div is very attractive & I think once the merger is completed, Wichford will have a more balance properties mix.
Spot on. Certainly overdone. I will be more worried if they lost their number one position in their box set. This is a great opp to buy in and within 6 months, i believe the sp will recover back to £1.50 level. At this level, the shares are cheap. I was watching this company for over 6 months and was going to buy in at the end of this month, but decided to get in today. This will certainly be for med-long term investment. I think PACE is a mirror image (but smaller scale) of APPLE, in that the product i-phone & i-pad is the market leader. if PACE can keep up its R&D and tech, then the sp in the future will certainly higer then today.
Some good news at last!!! Just topped up more shares and can see this company having the potential to do well for its shareholders in terms of dividen and capital growth. Do anyone know what will be the situation for ISA account holder's of this share once Redefine takeover happen?
I still don't understand why this company have such a low rating? their 4th quarter resuilts are better then expected, the company is in the middle of a takeover and the dividen yield is good. So why is the sp so low?? can anyone shed some light on this one?
Iam very surprice that the sp for this company is not higher? the recent bank support should be a vote of confidence for Wichford and the added potenial of a takeover sould give it a re-rating! Do any one know when the dividen will be paid out if approved?
Thanks for the info.
I think this is a great little company and will do well when the commercial market start to recover. Will certainly top up more at around 8.5p - 9p and hold it in my ISA. Any gain in the next 5-10 years will be tax free. Also i think they will carry on paying a divid. I estimate that at the current dividen rate (assuming they going to pay a div for the next 10 years), within ten years the dividen alone will pay for the initial investment. any one like to comment?
In the long run this is a very good company because their income are from the government. The the only short term risk is if the government decided to cut funding dramatically. Their borrowing is also another concern but i believe the banks will support them all the way. So this is a long term bet but the share price will only rise if commercial properties value start to recover. I do not believe this will happen in the next six months. Also with the right issue, people will be off loading these for a quick profit. So i will be watching these and hope to get in around 8p-9p and hold.
Overal this is not a great company. The only stong point is that it has no debt and over £23m in the bank. In this econ-climate, the last thing on peoples mind is to buy new cloths. I am not confidence that the managment can slow down the rate of money burn and £23m is not a grate amount for the size of the company. If they have another bad christmas, they might approach shareholders for money and that will dilute shareholders value and lower share price. But on the + side if they manage to pull through until the next upturn, i can see their share price to be back to £1-£2 in 5 years. I think the main issue for most invester is how low these shares going to fall and then buy and hold for the next 5-10 years for a recovery. do any body have any idear how low these will go to??
Well done. I got in at 27p and currently placed a stopless of 41p. Hoping on wed for some good news and think this sp can break the 50p mark. If so i will put up my stopless to 45p until this upward trend peak and then subside. If the sp go beyond 54p, i will sell half of my holding (then risk free investment) and sit back for a few years to wait for the sp to go back up to 80-100p mark. Thats the plan but with the stock market, you can never tell :-)
don't understand why the sp keep falling. This company makes money year in year out!! Also the net asset-value is over 50p. ok it do have quite a high debt but the debt is up for review in 2012. Can any one explain why the sp keeps falling??? Thanks
Spice is an excellent company and i beleive on the long run, it will be a very good investment. At this price i think the shares are over-sold. I had being tracking this company for over 5 months and just got in on at 48p. Iam not a day trader and not worry about the short term yoyo of the the share price. Give this compnay 2-3 years and it will reward investers. If the sp fall more i will certainly buy more.
Can some one tell me why the sp for this company goes up by 30-40% one day and then down 30-50% next day??? I had being tracking this stock for several weeks and can not understand why the wild yoyoing since their are no bad or good news regarding this company.
I certainly agrees with you. This little company is certainly undervalue and unloved. I had being tracking it for the pass few weeks and almost got in before the nasty news. But i believe it had being over done and are ready to get in to this stock for the med-long terms. The question is,is it at bottom??
