"Also, I don`t think Bidstack will still be around in 5 years, let alone 10!
If they do succeed in a big way, someone would snap them up if their market cap started to break in to the multiple hundreds of £m`s!"
I totally agree in your above point. My best performing shares holdings are always future takeover cases. I can see this for Bidstack. So I am crossing my fingers that the year ending report will reflect a substantial revenue growth and a fall in their fix outgoings.
If I was 18 again (what a great time, I felt I knew everything and was invincible), I will be all in now with bidstack, but my experience over the years has taught me not to be too loses with one's money. Look before you jump.
Great advice bottmzup
I had done that in my youths. Made a lot and loss a lot in the past.
I am not just investing for myself. If I was to invest in bidstack it will be for the long term ( over ten years ) and will be for £50-£100k. Not a few £k. So i hope you understand my caution!!! I been watching bidstack for over six months and was interested in what they do and their explosive potential of future revenue (translate to future profits) . So I hope that clear things up regarding my strategy.
As a potential investor, the past few months RNS regarding all the new partners on board with Bidstack is clearly a positive. If this uptake continual, and they can prove they can control cost, then its worth a punt. For me once they break even, that will be the point that I will be buying (by then I expect the sp would have moved much higher IMO). I don't mine paying for more to have this certainty. This is my strategy only, please dyor .

I think the potential increase of revenue year on year for this company will be amazing. My daughter shops on line all the time and she is a repeat customer of THG. According to her all her lady friends use their products.
I am just deciding what entry point for this share.
Can any technical analysis out there shed some light on this?

I already read their annual reports. Let me say don't believe in everything you read, especially when it comes to the stockmarket.
As a rule of thumb, they must first breakeven and then make a profit. You can not keep making a loss and expect the sp to up.
I guest a fare value is someone willing to sell & someone willing to buy at an agreeable price.

Thanks for the extra info in your research. I remember when they IPO over a year ago at £5 (7X over subscribed), I thought it was slightly overvalued, then they shot up to a high of £8 then I thought I missed the boat. Its amazing what a year makes!!!
The hard question to ask is what is a fair valuation for THG. Because its an unprofitable business it makes valuation very difficult with higher degree of error. But I do think if (they might/might not) the sp falls £1.60-£1.50, then I will have a small punt but will not bet the house.
Great risk comes with great rewards. Please don't take my advice as I got these situations more wrong then right in the past.
I can see great potential in this company and was going to pull the trigger in Oct at around £2.70. Wow glad I waited (never catch a falling knife is an understatement for this company)!!! Matthew Moulding had certainly F%$% this up big time for Shareholders.
At £2.00 I thought that was the bottom but now I have no idea??

Do you know exactly how many advertisers is currently signed up with bidstack? and also how many of them had repeat custom with bidstack?( lack of advertiser will have a big impact on their revenue)
If any body knows the figures , I am much appreciate.
Regarding Tennis Clash , the tennis player can chose to change the skin in to Marriott Bonvoy (the sponsoring advertiser) for 2000 Green gems. Wow that was impressive!!!
If I purchased that skin then the advertiser will know that the player took notice.
I was on this platform a few weeks ago and was 50/50 with Bidstack ( I am not ramping or de-ramping). I just down loaded the Tennis Clash game onto my android phone as research and it was an easy game to play. To my pleasant surprise, Bonvoy Marriott advert can be seen (done extremely well by Bidstack ) during the tennis match.
Have any body on this board checked out on their other partnership/games advertising. Please advice.
If the quality of adverts are the same in other games, then I think Bidstack may have turned a corner for the better?? Please note I am still neutral towards this company.

"I'm just not clear how BIDS get paid, is it for example a penny for every impression or 10% of sales generated from the ads etc.. or is it just a bulk one off fee for each advertising campaign, could some of the cleverer people than me answer that please or point me to where I can find that information myself."
I too have came to the same conclusion as yourself.
I was here on this platform a few weeks ago to seek good info but the problem here is that if you express positive or negative views , you are then accused either being a ramper/ deramper!
Bidstack got great potential but my big concern is that they might run out of money. You might get a better answer if you contact bidstack directly and see if they will give you the info. No one on here knows.
Its being a great few days at this platform. Really enjoyed bothside of the story and comments. I am still 50/50 in this company and will be keeping an eye on this company . I can see super growth in this company and the gameing sector is massive but the chance to loose everything brings a bitter taste to my month. So to everyone good look. Will come back to this platform if this company breakeven. I hope that will be soon

I guest you did not take my advice and spend 3 hours in reading bidstack 2020 anual report. And just hope for the best.
Typo error and autocorrect malfunction
Ment to say we should not rely on what analysis say but our own research.

Very painful experience but worth paying for. Best experience in my life. Took me 5 year to recover my losses and and ten years to triple my money.
I see you rely on what analysis say and not on your own research.
How many high tec companies and start up has gone bust in the past 20 years ?? Just look at the dotcom period and we know how most of these companies turn out. All I am saying is just be careful and don't just take things at face value. Did any of you lose a bucket loads of money during dotcom period, unfortunately I did and I thought I was correct like the many millions of people. I am just going on my experience. Thats why I am concerned that if they run out of cash they will be in trouble. To get the growth (as I said I expect this to be 1000% growth in 2021 ) they will burn a lot of cash. Cash is king. Company go bust because they they run out of cash simply economics.
Helx2
One thing for certain, only time will tell who is correct or not. Next anual report is my number one read for this company. I suggest Helx2 you go and entertain yourself in reading bidstack 2020 anual report 150 pages with great graphics. Great Product but No PROFIT.
