The Future looks extremely good and soon this potential will be realised by the MM's and come November we will potentially be making money from the ship yard (which is one of the trolls main arguments no revenue). Well If all three projects are of a similar ilk- then we have multi Billion pound projects. A bit off from here but potential upside for LTH is the stuff to dream of especially from these levels. AIMHO

JW did state it will be a separate entity (keeping the Brand is a good thing), the 400 is for IM project so not in my opinion relevant to the shipyard. JW stipulated a target of several hundred headcount at shipyard in approx 5 years time.
JW's use of the 400 employees at IM project and several hundred at shipyard in my opinion was to demonstrate INFA are serious and will be a major employer in NI.

The shares have been secured at 0.38, Surely it is in riverforts interest to raise the sp to get maximum returns, Riverfort are renound for their tactics and may pump it up to sell then short it down to convert. Significant news will change this and the £1.6m from the EU may go straight to pay initial loan off- only max 2 months until FID is expected so maybe just maybe JW has taken a risk to secure H&W but feels the deal is almost done that could unlock £15mil and cover the loan. I am Guessing but I am 100% confident JW/Arun knew what they were doing and the risks/Rewards attached. AIMHO

dawski- your intuition serves you well. It was clear JW was behind the 8 Ball getitng funding without current revenue so I suppose we were not going to get a "0%" apr, sooner we get rid of riverfort though the better.

Riverfort are renowned for "Taking opportunities" and personally dont blame them, From a positive point this could be why the SP has been held back.

I think that the market needs some numbers to give a projection of future worth, Though I am absolutely amazed we are still circa £7mill Mcap, we should be (in my opinion) NOW at approx £25mill Mcap. I have time and not really intending on selling until we are actually storing the gas as strongly believe in 3-5yrs time INFA will be a FTSE company. 25% of my portfolio is here and has been for a while- topping up down at these levels.

I think the NI government will FULLY understand the Marine licience is critical to the success of the newly aquired business assets and continued growth in NI, and as yet ALL elements have either been inline or surpassed expectations regarding the marine licience.
