IMHO, Marine licence will break 3p! heads of terms first to get to 1.5p-2p then marine licence- in the mean time contracts for H&W... Future is paved with Gold.

Looking at the finance deal, they are allowed 3 draw downs of £100,000, and the next 2 will be a 90% average of the last ten days prior to conversion. so they will not get them at .38p again (if I have read it correctly).

They did not go for EIA because 6 independant profesionals employed by ARSO said it was not required, and also JUR Leben stated he had mates in the environmental side that would ensure they dragged their feet until the land permit was up. ARSO were bound to follow the advice of the 6 independant profesionals but chose not to, Hence thay unlawfully witheld the permits...

JB did state that investers would be very willing to join AST when they had seen how much was under the soil, Maybe that is what he has been doing and the reason for radio silence... another glass half full comment :-) The whiff of an RNS is getting stronger and stronger...
