At £3M MC this company is extremely cheap- there must in my opinion be a buyer in the wings going thorugh DD

Either:
1,JOint venture with INA
2, Bought out by Petrol (which would negate court action fees etc).
Day to day only effects the share holders that are constantly scrutinising the day to day shifts.

Setanta- They have only just agreed the GSA, so how could the equity/debt agreement be agreed before they knew how much they were going to be getting (limits etc) from Vitol for the gas? I fully expect heads of terms within the next two weeks outlining the debt/equity deal with an obvious caviat to the marine licience.

Setanta it is £5 Million NOT BILLION!

AST have £25mill of fixed assets (2018 audit of accounts) and a MC of £3.3m, you could buy it at 5 x todays MC and sell all the assets and still make 100%- Companies are sniffing trust me..

That money will ensure operations continue to honour INA contract, easier to sell with customer on board.

My prediction is the BOD will sell out to PETROL for Circa 1p netting a massive options clause in the process, Riverfort quids in and the rest will be history. Petrol have already being looking at a bond issue in order to raise funds to buy companies out, thats why the previous BOD resigned. We do not have a very informative BOD but we do know they like their money and will do whatever it takes to get it as previous experience shows.

I am as frustrated as the next man but can not believe this is not part of the plan, Do the current BOD receive shares if the company is bought out (YES), The current BOD have nothing in so everything to gain.

Rest assured something is a foot, which may result in some sucking up! Market cap at 3.3 the target is HUGE!

Blair- My advice to you then is not to fuel the protesters and shorters as it is going to hurt you even more!
Talk negative and there are sheep and shorters that will emphasise that negativity, if nothing good to say- Like your mother probably told you "SAY NOTHING" especially on a bulletin board that is going to achieve you nothing positive.
