Spent some time looking through Leben and co's tweets, It definately seems to be a different mood now, One Slov posting all the wells and areas that Italy and Croatia are exploiting (why shouldnt they). Regarding riverfort- when the SP finally starts shooting up riverfort will be paying 50% of the sale price to AST- Which will be the funding needed going forward- If the permits are released this should have a significant bounce where riverfort will shift some shares which will be a significant amount judging by the last spike on the refinery RNS.

Hawaii- I cant see why it should be any other outcome. I may Do A big top up tomorrow as we are entering the end game.

I think it best to deal with what we know:-
1, We are awaiting an appeal at the administrative courts since July14th.
2, All of a sudden 4 months later NGO's submit a complaint, Call me synical but I think it is far more than a coinsidence that this complaint has come now, we already know Slovenia has more Leaks than The whole of Wales, so obviously something has triggered this response.
Either:-
1 Leak from the Slov Gov to NGO's that the permit is going to be released.
2 The appeal heard and positive for ast and the NGO's filing a complaint before the 10 day cooling off period
3 The NGO's file a complaint just for the sake of it, Even though they could have done it within ten days of the hearing
Whichever way you look at it something has triggered therereaction and it must be against their position.
Friday is usually the day Geo informs AST!

One thing that always repeats on AST is the Volume starts shooting up before an rns so that is the trigger!

I understand that now H&W is all but secured and without a doubt the numbers have ben crunched as to what is required via debt equity funding with H&W fabrication being utilised, I can understand why nothing concrete has been via RNS until now but I would 100% expect something in the next seven days (unless waiting for the knod from the agm which is basically a formality).

Alwaysup- Agree with your comments but from a business point of view AST took on Pet as a site to extract via low pressure hydraulic stimulus which they got permits for and all in good faith, if NOW Slovenia have decided they do not want any type of stimulus surely AST must be compensated for any expenditure they have outlaid in good faith that was not going to result in utilising the land for the purpose they had purchased and had been used for in the last fifty years.

Forgive me if I am wrong BUT is the heads of terms basically the debt equity agreement (which would contain caveats etc) due first (about now) and then FID "EXECUTION" is by year end, The first obviously contains reference to Marine Licience and the execution is after all Caveat's have been respected?

AST Moved forward with the project based on expert opinion that No EIA was required, So AST spent millions on the project only to find The slovenian government did not accept their own experts advice (which they are obliged to do in slovenian law) and also went on to say The project was on protected land, The slovenian government has no case as they have not followed their own guidelines, The EU does not deem this type of gas extraction as Fracking. Just need someone with some balls to take them on.

I would take advantage of any grants available to be honest..

Communication to SH has been poor agreed and I also am not overly joyed but what has been achieved could be the turning point, For a £5m macap company to raise £6m in hours is impressive, and it would not have been raised if the purchasers did not have faith (and to be fair that is their day job- not us pI's- so they know what they are investing in) if anything it should be a MAJOR buy signal to investors. I understand some peoples glasses are half empty probably due to the trend of the SP but when something comes along that can transform the SP it should be embrased not slated. AIMHO
