Jabido- You really do not understand AIM market do you- your sentiment I agree 100% but at the minute that does not count for money in the bank, as far as the aim market is concerned we are worthless and any detrimental news will be used against us FACT- Long term possibilities are HUGE but in the mean time this I guess will be a trading stock- until solid news provided of projected earnings/Contracts etc

Personally I think the very least that should be released is the heads of terms for the debt equity- atleast this would show it was still on track as so far this year no more than words.

Snowman- the posibilities for good news are endless but as yet the last few months none- given law of averages we are due some upside.

I am with Spud regarding riverfort- I would definately have a full placing to pay them off than draw down further to enable them to ruin this stock for an extended period- In as much if riverfort have been used I will be out watching and waiting. hate to do it but they are masters at manipulation (they got the T SHIRT). Mr T, Forward financing is required for initial expences wages etc, you can not just borrow to buy the asset you need to pay the employees and fund the business. In my opinion it will be mainly asset backed, It is estimated H&W have £11m in assets- they only need part payment now and the rest in April 2020 when things will have moved on at pace.

JR- The problem is you are comunicating as if curent shareholders do not know what the status of INFA is, Trust me we know exactly where we are and the future potential of the company which is exactly why people invest in the AIM market, Aim market is the planning stage we 100% know the risks and rewards. You do come across very negative wether this is your intention or not it is fact. You will also know raising money to make multiples more makes good business sense you have to see the deal in writing to make an informed decision, we have not had chance to do that yet but we do understand the potential. IMO
