Agreed LC81 but that is abuse of power as Leben actually stated that same fact via social media, which I am sure AST have noted. BY keeping quiet I think AST have forced them into a corner and now Leben and co are the villains, Leben definitely was not impartial in his dealings with AST even though his position at the time demanded it.

I think they are definitely trying to manipulate but the complaint may have one finger pointing at AST but three pointing back at the slovenian processes.

Hi JJ, Ok- but the timing to me was very suspect, nothing for months then wham- something triggered their response IMHO.
Maybe they got wind of another scenario where ast would be able to extract the gas/oil and just wanted them out? Whatever it is it certainly got them on the attack, No doubt we will soon find out.

Looking at the timing:- the complaint by NGO's went in on 12th Nov to admin court, if the complaint was declined and arso ordered to issue permit there would be a legal 10 day wait for appeals- it is 16 days now so quite possible they had 6 days to review complaint and 10 waiting days + we usually hear fro Geonegro on Fridays... all speculation but thats all we can do at the moment.

The BOD may want all the share holders to bail because they have a buyer in the wings and the less there are the more they get ?

One of the main problems with the Slovenian systems are they do not HONOUR timelines so it is impossible to say when the appeal will be heard and is also grounds for part of our appeal.
